It is constructed by being inserted through and arranged at equal intervals in the vertical direction. In the case of a dot printer, the printing head 1 is moved at a constant speed in the character feeding direction by, for example, 5 dots, and each pin 2 is moved at a constant speed.
By selectively hitting the other end, one character's worth of dot matrix type (7x5 dot matrix in this case) letters, numbers, symbols, etc. are sequentially printed on the printing paper (in this case, 7x5 dot matrix) via the ink ribbon. (both not shown)

The present invention solves this conventional problem, and the resin mold embedded part of the pin for impact printing dot printers does not break during use, or break and fall out of the mold, and can be used for a long period of time. The purpose is to provide pins for dot printers that can withstand use.

The inventors of the present invention have conducted various studies to find out the cause of the above-mentioned breakage occurring in the impact head of a conventional dot printer pin, and have come to the following knowledge. That is, conventionally, it was thought that the larger the shape of the pin (for example, the degree of bending) of the portion buried in the resin mold, the greater the resistance to the force of pulling it out.
However, the greater the degree of curvature, the more the material of the pin, ie, tungsten (w), becomes unsuitable for processing, and distortion accumulates there, resulting in shocks during use. The impact force applied to the striking head gradually causes cracks in the curved portion, causing the pin to break.

It has two curved parts with a radius of curvature of 1/4 to 3 times the diameter of the pin, the part where the pin is embedded is shaped like a hook, and the two curved parts are on the same plane. They are characterized by being curved in opposite directions.

はピンの直径の1/3〜2倍である。 The present invention is characterized in that the degree of curvature, that is, the radius of curvature, of the embedded portion of the tip of the dot printer pin in the resin mold is defined within a predetermined range. If this radius of curvature is less than 1/4 times the diameter of the pin, the degree of curvature of the curved portion 2a will be excessive, and cracks will occur in this curved portion during use of the pin, resulting in the pin breaking and eventually damaging the resin mold. This can easily cause it to come off. On the other hand, if the radius of curvature is more than three times the diameter of the pin, there is no problem with the cracks mentioned above, but the degree of curvature of the curved portion 2a is too small, and conversely the force that tries to pull out the pin from the resin mold increases. Because the force to resist becomes smaller, 3
Set it to twice or less. The preferred range of this radius of curvature is 1/3 to 2 times the diameter of the pin.

Particularly preferred are those with a hooked hand shape. That is, in FIG. 1, the buried part 2a of the pin 2 has two curved parts A and B, and if the diameter of the pin 2 is d, the curve radii of each curved part A and B are R 1 and R 2
may be set so as to satisfy the relationships (1/4)d≦R 1 and R 2 ≦3d. Of course, R 1 and R 2 may be the same or different.

Examples of the resins used include nylon resins and epoxy resins, and preferred molding methods include, for example, injection molding. In addition, when applying the injection molding method, if the tip of the pin is separated from the position of the resin injection port (gate) in the mold and set, the phenomenon that the pin shifts from the set position due to the injection pressure of the resin, This is preferable in order to prevent the so-called neck deflection phenomenon.

By bending one end of the mm tungsten wire, the curved parts A and B shown in Figure 1 are created.
A tungsten pin 2 having the following was manufactured. At this time, the curve radii R 1 and R 2 of A and B are R 1 = 0.6 mm
