ドツプラー信号を発生するドツプラー発生部と、
上記基準信号を受けてドツプラー発生部の出力端
につながるミキサー部と、上記距離情報信号を受
けて疑似目標信号の遅延時間を決定する遅延回路
部と、上記ミキサー部の出力端及び上記遅延回路
部の出力端につながりパルス変調を行うパルス変
調部と、上記ビーム走査角信号を受けてビーム走
査角に応じた疑似目標電波の出力レベルを決定す
る第一の演算部と、上記ビーム幅信号を受けてビ
ーム幅に応じた疑似目標信号の出力レベルを決定
