Claims (1)
- 装置を支持する可動部材とベース部材との間に
中間部材を介装して、球面係合により可動部材を
ベース部材の中心軸線回りに回転可能とするとと
もに、前記中心線と直交する方向のスライド係合
により前記中心軸線に対する可動部材の傾斜角度
を変更可能とする可動式装置置台において、前記
中間部材を一対の分割体で構成し、第１の中間部
材を前記ベース部材に対し前記中心軸線回りに回
転可能に前記球面係合して、前記可動部材を第２
の中間部材に対し前記中心軸線に対する傾斜角度
を変更可能に前記中心軸線と直交する方向に前記
スライド係合するとともに、この第２の中間部材
を前記第１の中間部材に対し前記中心軸線に対す
る前記可動部材の傾斜角度を更に変更可能に前記
中心軸線と直交する方向に前記スライド係合した
ことを特徴とする可動式装置置台。
