<Summary of the Invention> In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a plurality of groups of molding conditions such as injection conditions, mold opening/closing conditions, barrel temperature conditions, etc. are stored in a memory used in an injection molding machine, a die casting machine, etc., and the molding conditions are stored in groups. A memory is provided with a recognition mark to recognize and distinguish between the two, as well as an area for setting the number of shots to be set for each molding condition of each group, and an area for setting a recognition mark for the molding condition to be used next. When the desired number of shots is set for each group of molding conditions and the recognition indicator for the molding condition to be used next is set, and molding operation begins, the number of shots set in the shot number setting area of the memory is completed. The molding conditions and number of shots to be used next are automatically and continuously changed by the signal. Furthermore, when a signal indicating that the number of shots set in the shot number setting area of the memory has been completed is received, and a specified sequence signal is issued on the molding machine side, a switching signal is issued and the machine is automatically used next. This is an automatic molding condition switching method that continuously switches to the scheduled molding conditions and number of shots.

A plurality of such molding condition memories 11 are provided in the control device as shown in Fig. 2, and for example, at the start, it is indicated that the number of shots a is to be molded under the molding condition A1 , and the following information is stored in the memory of the recognition indicator A1 . Since A S is set in the molding condition recognition indicator setting area 13 used for the process, the process moves to the memory A S as shown by the arrow.
Similarly, when the h-shot molding operation is performed under the molding conditions of A S , the process then shifts to the memory A N as shown by the arrow. In this way, this memory can be set to the memory to be used next.

When performing continuous molding operation using the memory of the present invention, first, the molding conditions A 1 , A 2 . . .
For each A N, set an arbitrarily set number of shots and a recognition indicator for the molding conditions to be used next, and when molding operation begins, the molding conditions will be automatically switched with a signal that the arbitrarily set number of shots has been completed. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 3, when a predetermined number of shots are formed under the set molding conditions, a shot number expiration signal 24 is transmitted. When the injection completion signal 21 or mold opening completion signal 22, which is a sequence signal for process control provided on the molding machine side, is issued after this shot number expiration signal 24 is issued, the molding conditions scheduled to be used next are transmitted. and the number of shots under that molding condition. In this way, as long as the molding conditions, the number of shots, and the molding condition recognition indicator code to be used next are set in a predetermined number of memories, the process can be automatically switched using sequence signals for process control. The molding operation can be performed continuously.

In addition, in the injection completion signal 21 or mold opening completion signal 22, which is a sequence signal for process control, the molding condition switching signal 23 is transmitted because the injection completion signal 21 is the molding machine. This is because the mold opening completion signal 22 is used during the initial operation to correspond to the case where the molding conditions are sequentially changed at the time of start-up after replacing the mold.

<Effects> The memory of the present invention is provided with a recognition indicator for recognizing and distinguishing molding conditions, as well as an area for setting the number of shots and an area for recognizing and setting molding conditions to be used next. Once the settings are arbitrarily set in the memory, the molding conditions and the number of shots will be automatically changed in sequence as the injection molding machine operates.
