Adhesive materials such as plasters and packs (hereinafter simply referred to as adhesive materials) are made by applying a dispersion of the active ingredient in an adhesive dispersion medium to give the surface adhesiveness. It is intended to apply force to the affected area or target skin to prevent it from coming off the skin.

The adhesive strength of these patches is generally not as effective as that of bandages, but
Since it exhibits a certain degree of tackiness, when a patch is manufactured, a liner such as cellophane paper is attached to the surface to protect the surface, and this is peeled off when used.

By the way, there are accidents in which gel components seep into the back side of the base material during the storage period during manufacturing and the retention period during the distribution process, especially when using adhesive materials such as adhesive materials. Products using a relatively soft gel body have the possibility of bleed through in a short period of time and cannot be used with confidence.

The present invention has been developed and arrived at in order to eliminate such inconveniences, and in the case of a patch intended for use on the skin of the face and other soft or rash-prone areas, the gel body itself is also extremely sensitive. Use a woven or non-woven fabric laminated with a soft thermoplastic resin film on one side so that it can be easily peeled off when used. The present invention relates to a support for a patch, etc., characterized by:

When only a woven fabric or a non-woven fabric is used as a support, a part of the gel containing the active ingredients etc. applied to the surface of the fabric will seep out to the back side. Therefore, in the present invention, the support is A film laminate support is used, in which a soft thermoplastic resin film 2 is laminated on one side of a support 1 made of a woven or nonwoven fabric.

If the synthetic fiber portion of this support is 100%, it will not compatibility with the film very well when laminated, and in some cases, the affinity may be too strong and it may be difficult to peel off. .

The thickness of the film when laminated onto a support cannot be uniformly regulated, but it is generally 30~30cm thick.
If a thickness of about 100 μm is formed on the support, good results are likely to be obtained during peeling.

If the film thickness is outside the above range, e.g. 30μm
If it is thinner, it will be difficult to grasp the end portion when peeling it off, and even if you can grasp it, the entire film will not peel off and will tear when it is peeled off.On the other hand, if it is thicker than 100 μm, the hardness of the adhesive material itself will increase. begins to feel abnormal.

In addition, if the laminate layer of the film is two or three layers rather than a single layer, the laminate film can have stable adhesive strength, and at the same time, it can be made to the extent that part of the film does not tear and remain on the support when peeled off. This tends to make it easier to peel off the film when using the final product.

When laminating this film, the factors change depending on the composition or history of the resin material, and therefore cannot be uniformly specified.
This can be carried out by laminating while maintaining the resin in a temperature range of approximately 180-280°C.

When laminating films as described above, one method is the sand German lamination method, which uses a resin component that functions as an adhesive, but in this case, the adhesive force is too strong and the film cannot be peeled off. When attempting to do so, it may not be able to be peeled off freely, and apart from this, when the film is adhered to a support using a general adhesive, it may be difficult to separate the film from the various components in the gel that will be applied in a later process. When considering the balance, it cannot be said that it is very preferable.

Another possibility is to fuse a relatively thick synthetic resin film to the support by thermocompression bonding, but in this case, the adhesive material may be deformed due to internal distortion of the molded resin film, or There is a risk of uneven adhesion, and the process and equipment become complicated, both of which are undesirable as they cause an increase in the cost of the product.

As a means for forming a film on a support,
This is carried out by a known method, but for example, it may be a method in which the cloth serving as the support is brought into contact with a melted polyethylene resin (only the part to be bonded is needed) and pressure bonded, or a method in which the cloth and film are overlapped is also possible. It is also possible to heat the cloth from the cloth side to form a state in which the resin is entangled between the grains of the cloth.

A patch was manufactured using a manufacturing line as shown in FIG. In the figure, 3 is a gel body, 4 is a liner, 5 is a film laminate support, and 6 is a winding roll. At this time, the film laminate support 5 is supplied so that the laminate part is on the lower side, and the cloth part is I try to apply a gel body to it. The patch thus obtained has a structure as shown in FIG.
