Regarding the latter, a linear object discharge device,
In addition, both heat-adhesive tapes are not configured to be movable according to the diameter of the wound ball, making the operation of feeding them into the wound ball uncertain, and furthermore, the wire material after overlapping wrapping may be caught in the head. When cutting with tension due to the rotational force of a winding ball, welding heat-fusible tapes together, adhering linear objects together, welding heat-fusible tapes,
Questions remain about the fusing work.

``Means for Solving the Problems'' In view of the above, the present invention provides tapes that are placed oppositely while maintaining a constant distance from the increasing surface of the rolled veneer when winding a continuous veneer veneer. The heat-fusible tape fed out from the tape reel is passed through the guide body, and air is supplied to the tape just before the end of winding the winding ball, so that the tip is wound around the winding ball. The tape is wound around the ball several times, and then the heating element is advanced to the surface of the ball to press the tape wrapped around the outer circumference of the ball with a tape presser, and the tape on the outside and the tape located on the inside are pressed together. There is a method in which the rolled balls are secured by welding them using a heat source.

Next, the cutting speed and the conveying speed are synchronized, and the continuous veneer veneer 1 is supplied to the take-up reel 5 by the carry-in conveyor 2, and the tip portion is passed to the take-up guide belt 37 and the take-up guide member 64. It is wound along the outer peripheral surface of the take-up reel 5. During winding, the rolling down force accompanying the increase in the diameter of the winding ball 6 overcomes the pressurizing force of the pressing fluid cylinder 15, and the pedestal 13 is sequentially swung downward by the increase in the diameter of the winding ball 6.

In this case, the guide body 30 is arranged so that the amount of change in the biasing position of the pressure roll 27 with respect to the rolled ball 6 is minimized, and the surrounding range of the rolled ball 6 of the veneer veneer introduction member 29 is sequentially expanded downward. Since the position of the lower winding drum 28 is set, the veneer veneer 1 is moved to the center of the unloading side of the veneer veneer 1 of the winding ball 6 due to the cooperation between the winding guide belt 37 and the veneer veneer introducing member 29. It will be introduced in the near future.

As the pressure roll 49 is moved diagonally downward and the pressure body 62 is swung forward, the winding guide member 64 moves along the outer periphery of the rolled ball to the upper winding drum 6.
It is rewound sequentially from 3. In this case, the amount of change in the biasing position relative to the pressurizing body 62 is minimized, and the pressure roll 49 is set to move obliquely downward as the pedestal 13 swings while biasing the winding ball 6. Therefore, the winding guide member 64 moves from near the center of the side surface of the unloading side of the veneer 1 of the winding ball 6 through the upper surface of the outer periphery.

The length of the tape 66 wound around the diameter of the rolled ball 6 is such that it makes at least one rotation around the outer circumference of the rolled ball 6 and exceeds it by a slight amount, and this length can be determined by measuring the diameter of the rolled ball 6, for example. The calculated outer circumference is determined based on the relationship with the diameter and circumferential speed of the side drag roll 4, or is determined by detecting the amount of rotation of the shaft of the take-up reel 5. After the roll 66 is wound, the side drab roll 4 is stopped.

"Effects" According to the present invention, as described below, when winding a continuous veneer veneer, the increasing distance from the surface of the winding ball is maintained at a constant distance to the opposing tape guide body.
By passing a heat-fusible tape fed out from a tape reel and supplying air to the tape just before the end of winding the winding ball, the tip of the tape is wound around the winding ball and the tape is applied multiple times to the winding ball. The tape is wound, and then the heating element is advanced to the surface of the rolled ball to press the tape wound around the outer periphery of the rolled ball with a tape presser, and the outer tape and the inner tape are used as a heating source. Since the tape is welded and secured to the rolled ball, it is possible to automatically feed the tape to the rolled ball and heat weld it from close range in a short time.
The drawbacks of the conventional methods described above can be eliminated.

Furthermore, when welding the inner and outer tapes to each other using the heating source of the heating element, by pressing the tape wound around the outer periphery of the rolled ball with a tape presser from a position near the heating source, the rolled ball can be The tape, which had been under tension in the tangential direction between the outer periphery of the tape guide and the tip of the tape guide, can be welded after being made to follow the outer periphery of the rolled ball. This eliminates the inconvenience of the heating source touching the tape under tension on the way to the surface and causing the tape to melt before it is latched. Unwinding from the section is avoided.
