本発明は電線を鉄塔間に延線し、これを鉄塔へ
引留める作業または碍子交換作業に於いて、引留
クランプに併設して用いるもので、緊線作業の
際、仮にカマロングの電線把持力に異常が生じた
場合でも、それによつて発生する恐れのある事故

合には電線の「暴れ」と称する乱舞現象が起こ
り、鉄塔附近の高所作業者をはねとばしたり、カ
マロングを破壊して電線を落下させたりする。こ
のようにクサビの打込は全工事の成否に大きく影
響するものである上に、高所電線上の危険な作業
であるため、経験を重ねた熟練者でないとまかせ
られないものとされている。適任者の人選が大き
