- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数の圧電板と、電気的に接続されて電極とな
る複数の金属電極板とが交互に積層されて形成さ
れる圧電積層体において、 該圧電板と該金属電極板との間には、厚さ５〜
１５μｍで外周が該圧電板の直径に対し７３〜８
０％の直径の略真円状に塗布された導電性ペース
トが加熱・加圧後常温まで冷却されて硬化した電
極層をもつことを特徴とする圧電積層体。
