Claims (1)
- 一面に粘着シートが貼られるとともにこの粘着
シートにウエーハを貼付けて保持する板部材でな
るウエーハ保持治具において、このウエーハ保持
治具のいずれかの面に前記粘着シートに貼られた
ウエーハ側より外側に伸びる溝が形成されている
ことを特徴とするウエーハ保持治具。
