- 絶縁フイルムからなる偏平円筒の円周面上に有
端の導体箔パターンを並行に複数本ほぼ環状に設
け、この導体箔パターンはその両端部を円筒の軸
方向に曲げて延ばしたことを特徴とするコイル。
