Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve noise proofing property and to obtain a high capacity by mounting a read/write IC at a read/write IC mounting part which is connected integrally with a land part attached to an actuator part in order to be adjacent to a head 2. CONSTITUTION:A flexible print plate(FPC) 3 for transmitting a read/write(R/W) data is equipped with a bending part 3a, and a land part 7 is connected integrally with the tip. And also, the FPC is equipped with plural lands 8, and a head 2 is connected with the corresponding land 8 by a lead line 9. An R/W IC mounting part 10 is connected integrally with the tip of the land part 7, and an R/W IC 4 is mounted. The mounting part 10 is held on the back face of a supporting plate 11 by an adhesive strength in order to be parallel to the land part 7, and the IC 4 is adjacent to the head 2 so that the IC 4 can be difficult to be affected by a noise. プリント板の先端に設けられて、前記アクチュエータ部
に取り付けられた支持板の表面に固定されるランド部に
接続するとともに、前記ランド部を介し前記ヘッドに接
続するリード・ライトICを設けて成る磁気ディスク装
置において、前記ランド部にリード・ライトIC1iQ
部を一体に接続するとともに、該リード・ライトIC搭
載部を前記支持板の裏面に前記ランド部(7)と平行に
保持させ、該リード・ライトIC搭載部に前記リード・
ライトICを搭載するようにした構成とする。
