(Prior art) In order to enhance the decorative effect, decorative granules are mixed into a panel body made of plastics or cement, and the surface of this panel body is polished to remove the fractured surfaces of the decorative granules. An exposed decorative panel has already been proposed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 109830/1983.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, since this type of decorative panel known in the past uses natural stone chips as decorative particles, it is difficult to obtain the desired color tone, and it also depends on the type of stone. However, the decorative grains tend to break easily, and there are still few natural stone chips that are satisfactory in terms of decoration.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems and to provide at low cost a decorative panel with a fossil-like pattern that could not be seen at all in the past. In the decorative panel in which the surface of the panel body is formed with a polished surface, the decorative grains are colored irregular-shaped grains made of ceramic clay and coated with a color layer having a different tone from the irregular-shaped grains. It is a sintered body, and is characterized in that fossil-like patterns, which are fractured surfaces of the sintered body, are scattered on the polished surface of the panel body.

In the present invention, the material of the panel body may be ceramic, plastic, white cement, calcium sulfate, etc., but in particular, since ceramic is the same material as the sintered material, the two are strongly integrated. It is optimal in terms of strength and appearance. In addition, as a color layer coated on irregularly shaped particles made of ceramic clay, in addition to a coating slurry made of ceramic clay containing pigments, an aqueous solution of nickel sulfate or other colored soluble salts can be applied by dipping or spraying. Coating may be done by any other method,
Further, when a coating slurry as described above is used as the color layer, an appropriate amount of alumina, magnesia, or other metal compound may be added to adjust the sintering temperature. Furthermore, although this color layer may be simply coated on the surface of the amorphous particles, it will be more interesting if multiple layers of similar or different colors are coated. In addition,
Of course, the color of the panel body is not limited to white, and the panel body may be formed into a panel shape from the beginning, or it may be formed into a block shape and sliced into the required thickness. It's okay.

Example 1 Feldspar powder 50% (same weight percentage below), Kibushi clay 25%,
A mixture consisting of 12% silica powder, 10% Korean kaolin, and 3% limestone powder was dried to a moisture content of 8% and coarsely crushed to obtain 6 kg of ceramic clay powder of 10 metsushiyu pass.Next, 1000 g of this ceramic clay powder was obtained. And separate 500g and 500g,
40 g of a commercially available gray pigment is added to 1000 g of ceramic clay powder with an appropriate amount of water, kneaded, passed through a 2 to 6 mesh sieve, and dried to form irregular granules. In addition, 500g of ceramic clay powder was collected from one side.
10 g of gray pigment, 260 c.c. of water and 0.1 g of sodium silicate were added and peptized to form the first coating slurry, and the other 500 g of separated ceramic clay powder was mixed with gray pigment. A second coating slurry was prepared by adding 5 g, 260 c.c. of water and 0.1 g of sodium silicate to deflocculate the slurry. Then, 1 kg of irregularly shaped particles obtained in the above step
was first dipped in a first coating slurry, taken out, dried, and then dipped in a second coating slurry to obtain colored amorphous granules coated with two layers of gray color. On the other hand, the remaining 4 kg of ceramic clay powder was made into a casting slurry with a water content of 28% by adding water and an appropriate amount of deflocculant. And 150×
First, the colored amorphous granules mentioned above were laid out on the bottom of a 100 x 15 mm plaster mold, and the above-mentioned casting slurry was poured in while applying vibration, and during suction, additional casting slurry was poured in to flatten the surface. Toning,
After complete adsorption, the mixture was left for 2 hours, removed from the mold, and dried to obtain a tile base. This tile base is 1280
After firing at ℃ for 8 hours, the side on which the sintered colored amorphous particles were scattered was polished to create a polished tile. The tile surface had a dark gray core and a gray intermediate layer. It was highly decorative, with fossil-like patterns appearing in striped patterns on the pale gray surface layer.

Example 2 1000g of uncolored amorphous granules obtained in the same manner as the amorphous granules used in Example 1 were treated with nickel sulfate.
A 325 x 325 x 25 mm press was immersed in a 100x aqueous solution, taken out and dried, then added to 3000 g of ceramic clay powder similar to the ceramic clay powder used in Example 1, mixed lightly and aged for 2 days. It was placed in a mold to a thickness of 15 mm, vibrated slightly, and the remaining ceramic clay powder was added, smoothed with a metal spatula, and then pressure-molded. After firing this molded product in the same manner as in Example 1, one side was
When the material was ground to about 0.5 mm and then polished, a fossil-like pattern with a white core and gray stripes around it was dotted on the white background, resulting in an elegant architectural panel. .

Example 3 The colored amorphous granules obtained in the same manner as in Example 2 were placed in a refractory sagger and fired at 1250°C, and this sintered product was used together with crushed natural marble as a raw material for terrasso mainly made of white cement. Mixed, poured into a 450 x 900 x 50 mm mold, left for 2 days, then cured for 5 days, sliced into 25 mm thick pieces and polished.
A surface that looked like fossil-like patterns were scattered throughout the marble was obtained, and an excellent top plate for a sink was obtained.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, the present invention is superior in terms of decoration because it is dotted with atmospheric fossil-like patterns, and the patterned portion is strong, so it can be used for a long time. It has the advantage of being simple to manufacture and can be provided at low cost, and it will greatly contribute to the development of the industry as a solution to the problems of conventional decorative panels.
