代表的な特性を示す図、第３図は従来のモータ駆
動回路を示す回路図である。図において１は直流
電源、２は極性切換スイツチ、３は直流モータ、
４Ａ，５Ａは正極性サーミスタ、６，７はダイオ
ード、８，９は定電圧ダイオードを示す。なお、
図中、同一符号は同一、または相当部分を示す。
