第１図および第２図は、本考案によるトルクセ
ンサ内蔵形回転機を示すもので、第１図は断面図
、第２図はブロツク図、第３図は従来の構造を示
す概略構成図である。 １はトルクセンサ、４は回転軸、１０は回転機
用ケース、１５，１６は軸受、２２，２３はコイ
ル系、２４，２５は検出部、＋σは引張応力、−
σは圧縮応力、４０は回転駆動部である。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 回転機用ケース１０に設けられた回転駆動
部４０と、前記回転機用ケース１０に軸受１５，
１６を介して設けられた回転軸４と、前記回転機
用ケース１０の内部に設けられたトルクセンサ１
と、前記トルクセンサ１に設けられた第１コイル
系２２および第２コイル系２３と、前記各コイル
系２２，２３に対応して前記回転軸４に設けられ
引張応力＋σおよび圧縮応力−σにより透磁率が
増減するように構成された検出部２４，２５とを
備え、前記トルクセンサ１から前記回転軸４のト
ルク状態を検出するように構成したことを特徴と
するトルクセンサ内蔵形回転機。 (2) 前記回転駆動部４０は、電動機であること
を特徴とする請求項１記載のトルクセンサ内蔵形
回転機。 (3) 前記回転駆動部４０は、エアモータである
ことを特徴とする請求項１記載のトルクセンサ内
蔵形回転機。 (4) 前記回転駆動部４０は、ハイドロモータで
あることを特徴とする請求項１記載のトルクセン
サ内蔵形回転機。
