に関するものである。

臨まされた摺動面1a,1bが設けられている。
この摺動面1a,1bに隣接する磁気ヘツド1の
図中上面には上記のシールドキヤツプ2が、接着
剤あるいはスポツト溶接等によつて、固定され
る。シールドキヤツプ2はパーマロイ等の材料か
ら板状に形成され、摺動面1aの上端部に臨んで
屈曲された屈曲部2aと、磁気ヘツド1を両側か
ら保持する屈曲部2b,2b(一方は不図示)を
有している。このシールドキヤツプ2上にさらに
前述の取付け部材である取付け板3が重ねられ、
ねじ4,4により磁気ヘツド1上に固定される。
この取付け板3は四辺形状に形成され、その4隅
に穴3aを有しており、この穴3aを介してねじ
等で取付け板3をVTR装置本体に固定すること
により磁気ヘツド1がVTR装置に取付けられる。

が悪くなりコスト高になるという欠点があつた。

構成して、この一部に磁気シールド用の突片を切
り起こして形成し、該突片を前記磁気ヘツド摺動
面の前面に配置して取付け部材を磁気ヘツドに固
定した構造を採用したので、磁性材料からなる取
付け部材により磁気ヘツドの磁気シールドを行な
え、特に磁気ヘツドの摺動面の前面に配置される
取付け部材の突片により、磁気ヘツドの摺動面の
前面から流入する最も影響度の大きいノイズに対
して、効果的にシールドを行なえる。また部品点
数が減少し、組立工程が簡略化されるとともに磁
気シールド部分の位置精度を高めることができ、
歩留りが向上するので大幅なコストダウンを図れ
るという効果がある。
