본 고안은 카셋트 녹음기에 있어서, 녹음테이프가이드를 헤드와 일체로 성형 제조한 녹음기의 헤드고정용 브라켓에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a head fixing bracket of a recorder in which a cassette tape recorder is integrally molded with a head in a cassette recorder.
일반적으로 카셋트 녹음기(오디오용 포함)에서 녹음테이프에 내용을 수록하거나 그 내용을 재생할 때 쓰이는 헤드(Head)는 플레이(PLAY)버튼과 함께 작동되도록 되어 있으므로 이 헤드를 플레이버튼에 고정시켜 놓기 위한 별도의 헤드브라켓이 상기 플레이버튼 일단에 갖추어져 있는 바, 종래의 이러한 헤드를 브라켓에 고정시키는 방식은, 제6도에서 보는 바와 같이, 헤드부분을 가공한 후 금속제의 브라켓과 테이프가이드를 각각 별도의 지그(JIG)를 사용하여 전기스폿트용접으로 접착시켜야 하는데 이때 발생되는 고열로 인하여 헤드 내부의 자화코일이 단선되거나 그로 인하여 성능이 저하될 우려가 매우 큼은 물론, 용접시 사용되는 지그의 정밀도가 낮거나 주기적인 점검 고정시 실시되지 않는 경우 완성품의 정밀도가 저하되어 불량품이 되는 등의 이에 대한 개선책이 절실했던 것이다.Generally, the cassette recorder (including audio), which is used to record or play back the contents of the recording tape, is designed to work together with the PLAY button. 본 첨부도면에서는 본 고안의 1실시예를 도시한 것으로 그 변형이 가능한 바, 즉 상기한 1실시예에서는 브라켓(1)을 플라스틱으로 성형시켜 헤드와 앰프(AMP)간을 연결시켜 주는 쉴드 와이어에 헤드부분을 회로적으로 연결시켜주기 위해서는 끼움편(4)을 헤드(5) 표면에 접촉시켜 놓아둠으로써 이 끼움편(4)에 상기 쉴드 와이어를 연결할 수 있도록 했으나 브라켓(1)을 전도성있는 재료로 성형시킨다면 끼움편(4)사용은 생략할 수도 있다. 또한 헤드호울더(2)의 길이는 모두 같아도 되지만 테이프가 지나는 한쌍의 상하면 길이는 작아도 된다(제3도(b)참조).In the accompanying drawings, one embodiment of the present invention is shown, which can be modified.
