巻出しロールにブレーキ力を付与する電磁ブレー
キ、巻出しロールの回転数を検出する回転数検出
器、巻出しロールの1回転に発生するパルス数を
検出するパルス発電機、これらの回転数検出器と
パルス発電機からの出力に基づいて巻出しロール
のその都度の巻径を演算で求め、この巻径に対応
した適正張力を出すコントローラおよび上記電磁
ブレーキの磁極に対してアウターフインを取付け
、このアウターフインと固定部に亙つて設けた荷
重センサとを備え、荷重センサにより検出される
巻出物の張力相当信号を上記コントローラにフイ
ードバツクして与えることにより、適正張力信号
とフイードバツク信号の偏差信号をだし、この偏
差信号によつて電磁ブレーキを励磁することによ
り巻出物の張力を常に定張力とするようにしたこ
とを特徴とする張力制御装置。 2 本装置の機械損相当分信号をコントローラの
張力設定信号に予め加算するようにした請求項1
