いても、刈刃4を所定の高さ位置に安定したバランス状
態で吊持てきる。 従って、作業中に一時両手を離しても危険はなく、作業
が容易に行える。 【発明の効果] 以上説明したとおり本発明によれば、ショルダーバンド
は作業者の肩を支点として重心位置の前後2箇所で草刈
機本体を吊持する。このため左右一対の肩当でのみが作
業者の両肩に接触し、作業者の胸部あるいは背部を圧迫
することがない。 ここで草刈機本体は、その重心位置が作業者の肩の下方
に位置した時点で前後に重量バランスして静止する。従
って、支点位置である作業者の肩と肩当でとの接触−位
置を前後にずらせることで、操作環を任意の角度に傾斜
して刈刃を所定の高さ位置に安定したバランス状態で吊
