Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the man-hours of printed wiring board design and to decrease misdesigns by setting current values in necessary connection wiring parts of circuit connection data and calculating wiring conductor width automatically from the current values. CONSTITUTION:This system consists of an input/output device 1, an arithmetic processor 2, a data storage device 3, and a connection information generating mechanism 4. Then the system includes a circuit connection data file wherein current values corresponding to respective connection wiring parts are set previously as conductor width other than standard conductor width with the values of currents to flow and stored as the circuit connection data. Furthermore, the system includes a data file for calculation where data for calculating conductor width corresponding to the current values are stored previously, means 42 and 43 which calculate the conductor width of the corresponding wiring parts by using the data for calculation when the current values are set, and means 42 and 43 which employ the standard conductor width unless the current values are set. Consequently, the connection conductor width can be determined automatically according to the values of currents flowing through the width of connection conductors and misdesigns are reducible.

Description

続情報から印刷配線基板上の配線パターンを生成する回

用いて対応する接続配線部の導体幅を算出する手段と、
前記電流値の設定が無ければ前記標準導体幅とする手段
とを含むことを特徴とする回路配線情報生成システムが
得られる。

データ等である。これ等計算用データに基づいて所定計
算式に従って自動的に当該設定電流値に応じた導体幅が
算出されることになる。

及び設計ミスを削減することができるという効果がある

出用データを予め格納した算出用データファイルと、前
記電流値の設定が有れば前記算出用データを用いて対応
する接続配線部の導体幅を算出する手段と、前記電流値
の設定が無ければ前記標準導体幅とする手段とを含むこ
とを特徴とする回路配線情報生成システム。
