In addition to the hassle of replanting, seedling pots made of non-woven fabric also had the problem of the roots forming in the pot, weakening them, and the non-woven fabric having poor water drainage, which caused root rot.

Furthermore, in the root container for garden cultivation described in Utility Model Publication No. 51-122052, the overall shape is formed into a substantially cap-like shape by pressing or sewing, so that this root container for garden cultivation containing a plant can be easily shaped. When containers are placed in a store, they are unstable due to their almost cap-like shape, and they may easily hit the container, or the soil in the root container for planting plants may lose moisture over time. There were concerns that if the product was used, it would fall over and the soil and plants inside would spill out onto the floor. Furthermore, since the cap is formed into a substantially cap-like shape by pressing, it is impossible to change its size and shape many times due to manufacturing costs.

That is, although the pot itself is made of natural fibers, it retains its shape with natural or synthetic resin, so it has sufficient strength to hold seedling soil. and,
When you fill this seedling pot with soil, sow the seeds, and grow them into seedlings, the roots grow and extend out through the large woven natural fibers that form the pot, without forming roots inside the pot. At this time, watering is repeated, but because the large weave of the natural fibers is used, water drainage is good and seedlings can be raised without causing root rot. Then, the root part that came out of the pot is
It withers when exposed to direct sunlight and air, and new roots grow in the pot, but as they grow outward through the weave of the natural fibers, the roots have straight growth and can grow around the roots. There is no.

Once the seedlings have grown, the seedlings are brought directly to the open field or to the greening work site without being removed from the pot, and a hole is made for the pot to be planted. Thereafter, the natural fibers decompose in the soil (about 3 digits for hemp) and become fertilizer, which does not interfere with root expansion.

Furthermore, since the bottom of this pot is flat, it is stable even when placed on the floor of a store. Furthermore, since the cloth-like body 2 is formed into a pot shape by folding, by using cloth-like bodies of various sizes and shapes,
You can easily change the design to a pot with a different size or shape with a flat bottom.

[Example] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the seedling pot according to the present invention is made by weaving hemp, which is a natural fiber, into a lattice-like large weave 1 (through which the roots can go outside). The cloth-like body 2 is woven and bent to form a cylindrical pot shape with a flat bottom, and the cloth-like body 2 is partially coated with raw rubber 3, which is a natural resin. There are cases where the weave 1 is partially covered, and there are cases where it is applied only to the linen part.)
The pot shape of this cloth-like body 2 is maintained. The cloth-like body 2 is made by cutting a piece of cloth into an expanded shape, and fixing the partially overlapping seams 4 into a cylindrical pot shape with adhesive. The shape of the cloth-like body 2 may be fixed by other appropriate means, such as heat welding using shape-retaining raw rubber 3, or fixing with string or staples. Moreover, the cloth-like body 2 may be used by stacking many sheets of cloth, and the shape of the pot may be any suitable shape other than the cylindrical shape.

When such natural resins are used, like the natural fibers mentioned above, they decompose in the soil and become fertilizer. For example, raw rubber 3 decomposes almost completely in about 8 months to 2 years, so it is possible to prevent pollution caused by residual residue. figure,
This has the advantage of being able to be actively used as fertilizer, and at the same time, by increasing the application area of the raw rubber 3, the corrosion and decomposition of the natural fibers such as hemp and cotton is delayed and the shape retention ability is maintained for a long period of time. In addition, the object of the present invention can also be achieved by using synthetic resin as the shape retaining means for the cloth-like body 2.

According to the seedling pot of the present invention, since the pot has a large weave of natural fibers, the plants can easily absorb the oxygen they need, resulting in faster plant growth. The roots then grow out in a straight line through the large weave of the natural fibers that make up the pot, and while the other parts die, new roots grow in a straight line, allowing the roots to grow inside the pot. This avoids root weakness due to root circumference. In addition, watering is repeated until the seedlings grow, but since the large weave of the natural fibers is used, the water drainage is good and the seedlings can be raised without causing root rot. The pot can be brought to a greening construction site, drilled in a hole for the pot, and buried, which simplifies the labor of replanting and eliminates the damage to the roots that would occur when transplanting a polypot. It improves rooting and promotes growth, speeding up greening promotion, or
For fruit harvesting, early fruiting and excellent fruiting, and
This has resulted in the effect of achieving early flowering in flowers.

Furthermore, since the seedling pot of the present invention has a flat bottom, it is stable even when placed on the floor of a store.
Even if someone touches or hits the pot, it can prevent the soil and plants inside from falling out of the pot. Furthermore, since the fabric is bent to form a pot shape, by using fabrics of various sizes and shapes, it is easy to create pots of different sizes and shapes with a flat bottom. design can be changed,
It has never been said that manufacturing costs would increase even with various design changes.
