Claims (1)
- 流体を遮断するために、流路に直交して配置さ
れる真空ゲートバルブにおいて、カウンタープレ
ート３とシールプレート４が相対移動し、カウン
タープレート３に軸支したカム６を回転動させ、
シールプレート４をシール面５に押圧せしめる機
構を有し、カム６と近接し、これと同軸に、シー
ル面５の反対側のハウジング１の内側を回転動す
る車輪７を設けたことを特徴とする真空ゲートバ
ルブ。
