が、架台12上で上下に積層した複数の膜モジユ
ール5から成り、前記曝気装置1からの気泡を最
下部の前記膜モジユール5に案内するほぼ筒状の
第1ガイド壁13を、前記架台12の周部に設け
、上方に隣接する前記膜モジユール5に対して前
記気泡を案内するほぼ筒状の第2ガイド壁14を
、前記膜モジユール5の周部に設けて、前記膜モ
ジユール5を上下に積層した時に隣接するものど
うしがほぼ連通する上下長さに形成してある膜内
