Claims (1)
- 竪型のシエルアンドチユーブ式熱交換部と、該
熱交換部の伝熱管の下部表面に被せられ伝熱管の
回りの加熱流体による入口近傍における被加熱流
体の加熱を遅延させる熱伝達抑制部材と、伝熱管
の内部に挿入され内部を挿通する被加熱流体の暴
走を抑制する流体減速部材とを具備することを特
徴とする低温流体用蒸発器。
