を前記圧電素子を挟んで前記下面に配置した振動
電極と重なり合うように設け、上記凸形状電極の
垂直部の幅寸法が前記下面の中央部に設けた四辺
形の振動電極のどの辺よりも広く、同凸形状電極
の垂直部の高さ寸法が同四辺形の振動電極から引
出された引出し電極の一部に達する寸法で構成さ
れた圧電振動子。 (2) 上面に設けた凸形状電極の垂直部の幅寸法
が、下面の中央部に設けた四辺形の振動電極と圧
電素子を挟んで重なり合うような等しい幅の寸法
