- 溝部を設けて断面が凹形状となる誘電体素子に
固着された電極間で容量を形成した容量素子の前
記溝部に圧電磁器振動板を取付け、この圧電磁器
振動板の両端を導電性接着剤または半田で容量素
子に固着し、この容量素子の上面に絶縁基板から
なる絶縁蓋で密閉結合した圧電磁器振動子。
