ローラを設けると共に、左右のニツプローラの挟

するようにする。これにより、ウエブを移送する
為の引張力が刃接触点に作用するのをニツプロー
ラで防止すると共に、ロータリカツタのカツト面
に対しウエブ面を直角に保持する。
