Conventionally, a bathtub placed on a floor pan is known. When draining the bathtub in a bathtub placed on the floor pan, the drain from the bathtub is usually allowed to drip onto the floor pan from the drain port of the bathtub. Water was drained to the outside through drainage holes provided in the floor pan due to the slope of the floor pan. However, in this conventional example, dirt, soap scum, hair, etc. flow from the bathtub onto the floor pan under the bathtub and are spread on the floor pan. The water was left unaltered on the floor pan under the bathtub, causing a foul odor. Therefore, the inventor of the present invention thought of arranging a drain pipe between the bathtub and the floor pan, and using this drain pipe to drain water from the drain port of the bathtub to the drain hole of the floor pan. In this case, when connecting the elbow 30 constituting one end of the drain pipe 3 to the drain port 5 of the bathtub 2 as shown in FIG.
must have the same diameter as the drain port 5, and for this reason, H in FIG. A new problem arises in that it is not possible to deal with the case (when the water is short), and for this reason, the diameter of the elbow 30 has to be made smaller to shorten the dimension of H, and in this case, there is a problem that it takes time to drain water.

The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its purpose is to guide wastewater from the drain of the bathtub to the drain hole of the floor pan, so that no dirt or soap can be deposited on the floor pan. To provide a drainage structure for a bathtub that does not allow debris and hair to flow and accumulate and allows smooth drainage even when the legs of the bathtub are short (when the distance from the top surface of the floor pan to the bottom surface of the bathtub is short).

The drainage structure of the bathtub of the present invention is such that a bathtub 2 is placed on a floor pan 1, a drain pipe 3 is arranged between the bathtub 2 and the floor pan 1, and one end of the drain pipe 3 is connected to the water side. An inflow part 4 with an upward opening is provided on the upper surface of the part 19, and this inflow part 4 is communicated with a drain port 5 provided at the bottom of the bathtub 2, and the other end of the drain pipe 3 is provided in the floor pan 1. The drain fitting 10 connected to the drain hole 7 of the bathtub 2 is connected to the drain hole 7, the internal cross-sectional area of the above-water side connecting portion 19 is set larger than the cross-sectional area of the drain port 5, and a rubber-based material is attached to the lower outer periphery of the drain fitting 10 attached to the drain port 5 of the bathtub 2. A guide packing 12 made of material is attached, and a plurality of pleats 18 are provided above and below the entire circumference on the outer periphery of the guide packing 12, and a fitting recess 22 recessed in the upper surface of the inflow section 4 is inserted through the pleats 18. Guide pack 12
The drainage port 2 and the inflow portion 4 are fitted into each other to communicate with each other, and by adopting such a configuration, the above-mentioned object of the present invention is achieved.
That is, in the present invention, since the drain water from the bathtub 2 is drained through the drain pipe 3 into the drain hole 7 of the floor pan 1, dirt, soap scum, hair, etc. are removed from the floor pan 1 along with the drainage water.
By setting the internal cross-sectional area of the above-water connection part 19 to be larger than the cross-sectional area of the drain port 5, the water flows from the inlet part 4 to the above-water connection part. Even if the distance from the floor pan 1 to the bottom of the bathtub 2 is shortened by shortening the distance to the bottom of the bathtub 19, the water from the drain port 5 can be drained smoothly via the above water connection. , and then remove the drain fitting 1 of the drain port 5.
0 and the fitting recess 22 of the inflow part 4
By connecting through the guide gasket 12 having the above-mentioned structure, it is possible to securely connect the guide gasket 12 so as not to dislodge it, and also to securely seal it so that water does not leak. The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. floor pan 1
is composed of a bathtub mounting section 8 and a washing area 9.
The bathtub 2 is placed on the bathtub placement part 8. bathtub 2
A drain port 5 is provided on the bottom surface of the tank. This drain port 5
In this method, the drain fitting 10 is inserted from above into the stepped edge 11 forming the periphery of the hole in the bathtub 2, which is stepped downward, and the nut 13 is screwed together through the seat 14. As shown, a hole penetrating the drain fitting 10 attached to the bottom surface of the bathtub 2 from above and below serves as a drain port 5. The above-mentioned drainage fitting 1 constituting the drainage port 5
0, the guide gasket 1 is placed on the bottom side of the bathtub 2.
An upwardly opening inlet 4 at one end of a drain pipe 3 disposed between the bathtub 2 and the floor pan 1 is communicated through the bathtub 2 and the floor pan 1. The guide gasket 12 is made of a rubber-based material and serves to connect and communicate the drain port 5 and the inflow portion 4. The guide packing 12 has a shape that can be elastically fitted to a nut 13 and a seat 14 attached to the drain fitting 10, and is provided with a fitting recess 16 having a central hole 15 in the center.
Of the fitting recesses 16, the nut fitting recess 16a has a hexagonal shape. Further, a plurality of pleats 18 are provided on the outer periphery of the downward cylindrical portion 17 of the guide packing 12 in the vertical direction. The guide gasket 12 is installed by fitting the fitting recess 16 into the part of the drain fitting 10 that protrudes downward from the bottom surface of the bathtub 2, and elastically fitting into the nut 13 and seat 14 attached to the drain fitting 10. It's becoming like that. In this case, the guide gasket 12 has positioning marks 30.
is provided, and by aligning and fitting the positioning mark 30 to the corner of the nut 13, fitting can be easily performed. Drain pipe 3
It is composed of an above-water side connecting portion 19, a below-water side pipe 21, and a curved pipe 20 connecting the above-water side connecting portion 19 and the below-water side pipe 21. The above-water side connection part 19 is shaped like a container with a hollow interior, and has a fitting recess 22 recessed downward in its upper surface. In this case, the bottom of the fitting recess 22 has an upward opening. An inflow portion 4 is provided, and a connecting tube portion 23 is protruded from one side of the water side connecting portion 19, and one end portion of a curved pipe 20 is rotatably connected to this connecting tube portion 23. . A support portion 6 is provided to protrude downward from the lower surface of the above-water side connection portion 19. The fitting recess 22 of the water side connection part 19 is fitted into the downward cylindrical part 17 of the guide gasket 12, and in this case, the pleats 18 provided vertically on the outer periphery of the downward cylindrical part 17 are fitted into the fitting recess. 22 to maintain watertightness, and also to maintain watertightness.
Even when the depth of the fitting recess 22 changes as shown in FIG. 2, the fitted state can be maintained.
Note that FIG. 7a shows the height of the legs 24 of the bathtub 2, which will be described later, when the height is maximum, and FIG. 7b shows the height of the legs 24 when the height is the minimum. Legs 10 protruding from the lower surface of the bathtub 2 are placed on a mounting base 25 protruding from the upper surface of the bathtub mounting portion 8 of the floor pan 1. In order to avoid the legs 10 when draining water into the drain hole 7 provided in the drain pipe 3, the curved pipe 20 constituting the middle portion of the drain pipe 3 is made into a curved shape. Since the curved pipe 20 is rotatably attached to the above-water side connection part 19, by rotating the curved pipe 20, the bass unit can be used as a right-handed or a left-handed bass unit. (In other words, either when the bathtub 2 is on the left and the drain hole 7 is on the right as shown in the attached drawing, or conversely, when the bathtub 2 is on the right and the drain hole 7 is on the left) Also, the bent pipe 20 allows piping to be done avoiding the legs 24, making it possible to accommodate left- and right-handed installations). An underwater side pipe 21 is detachably connected to the other end of the curved pipe 20. In this case, as shown in FIG. 10a, the wire band 26 is passed through the curved pipe 20, and
Rotatably insert one end of 1 into the curved tube 20,
In this state, place the knob 27 of the wire band 26 on the side of the end of the lower pipe 20, and
It is tightened as shown in Figure b. Any other means may be used as long as it tightens the wire band 26 in a detachable manner. Underwater pipe 21
The other end is a drain port 28 that opens downward, and the drain port 28 is inserted into or faces the drain hole 7 provided in the floor pan 1 to communicate with it. A trap portion (not shown) is provided in the drain hole portion 7. When cleaning the drain hole 7, the tightening by the wire band 26 is released and the lower pipe 21 is removed from the curved pipe 20, thereby opening the drain hole 7 for cleaning. By the way, when the curved pipe 20 avoids the legs 24, the curved pipe 20 is placed on the mounting base 25 protruding from the upper surface of the bathtub mounting part 8 of the floor pan 1, and this part
Even if the lower surface of the above-water side connection part 19 is raised above the upper surface of the floor pan 1 by the support part 6, the above-water side connection part 19
The water level can be made higher than the level of the curved pipe 20 and the lower water side pipe 21, and the water from the drain port 5 of the bathtub 2 can be drained smoothly into the drain hole part 7 of the floor pan 1, and the upper water side connection part 19 can be drained smoothly. This prevents wastewater from accumulating and causing bad odors. Reference numeral 29 in FIG. 2 is a weir provided in the floor pan 1, which separates the bathtub mounting part 8 and the washing area 9, on which the apron is placed.

In the case of this invention, as described above, the bathtub is placed on the floor pan, a drain pipe is placed between the bathtub and the floor pan, and the inlet at one end of the placement pipe and the drain port on the bottom of the bathtub are connected. Since the other end of the drain pipe is connected to the drain hole provided in the floor pan, the water from the bathtub can be drained through the drain pipe to the drain hole in the floor pan.
This eliminates the possibility of dirt, soap scum, hair, etc. flowing and accumulating on the floor pan with drainage and causing a bad odor, and it also has an inlet on the top that communicates with the bathtub drain. The internal cross-sectional area of the above-water connection is set larger than the cross-sectional area of the drain, so the distance from the inlet to the bottom of the above-water connection is shortened and the distance from the floor pan to the bottom of the bathtub is reduced. Even if the connection part on the water side, which has a large internal area, becomes a puddle, water from the drain outlet can be drained smoothly through the connection part on the water side, which has a large internal area. In addition, a guide pad made of rubber material is attached to the lower outer periphery of the drain fitting attached to the above-mentioned drain port of the bathtub, and a pleat part that extends all the way around the outer periphery of the guide pad is installed. A plurality of fitting recesses are provided on the upper and lower sides of the inlet, and the fitting recesses recessed on the upper surface of the inlet are fitted into the guide gasket through the pleats to communicate the drain outlet and the inlet. By inserting an elastic guide gasket between the fitting recess of the inflow section, the connection can be made securely so that the connection part does not come off. The parts can be tightly sealed to ensure a secure connection to prevent water from leaking.
