Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a paper container which can be sealed up with wrap film by providing a sealing layer comprising gloss coating of ultraviolet ray curing resin on the side of an opening. CONSTITUTION:An opening 12 of a paper container 11 housing foodstuff 10 is covered with a wrap film 13 and the end of the film 13 is tightly attached to a sealing layer 15 provided on the side 14 of the container 11. The layer 15 comprises a gloss coating of ultraviolet ray curing resin, in which the gloss coating can be applied directly to the side 14 or can be applied through an anchor layer. It is not necessary to cover the whole container with wrap film, but the lap film can be partially applied to seal the container, so that the film is effectively used and the sealing layer has no adhesiveness and hence even if blanks of containers are stacked, blocking does not occur, so that they can be handled at a speed equal to that of general container blanks and can be formed in the same line as that of container blanks.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention provides a method of storing food in a paper container containing food in a refrigerator or in a microwave oven without transferring the food to tableware such as a glass container. The present invention relates to a sealable container in which a wrap film can be tightly attached to the opening so that the container can be heated.

However, the lamp film does not stick tightly to paper containers, so either transfer the food to tableware and then seal it, or open the opening 3 of the paper container 2 containing food I as shown in FIG.
In addition, the entire container 2 had to be covered with the wrap film 4 and sealed by utilizing the self-adhesion of the wrap films 4 to each other.

Therefore, it is conceivable to provide an adhesive layer made of adhesive resin at the portion of the paper container to which the wrap film is to be adhered, or to provide a film layer with a film of the same quality as the wrap film.

However, when providing a film layer consisting of a sticky adhesive layer or wrap film as described above, it cannot be applied in-line at the same speed as printing during container manufacturing, so it must be installed in a separate process after printing. This increases the number of work steps, reduces efficiency, and increases the price.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a paper container with a part to which a wrap film can be adhered, and in manufacturing the container, a layer to which a lamp film can be adhered can be provided in the printing process.
Moreover, it is an object of the present invention to provide a paper container that can be sealed with a wrap film that can be manufactured using a sack pasting machine.

In addition, paper containers are often printed on at least one side, so it is possible to provide an adhesive layer in the same process as this printing process, and it is also possible to apply the adhesive layer using the normal offset printing method. An object of the present invention is to provide a sealable container that can be provided by a gravure method or a gravure method.

The present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and the paper container has a small opening (in both cases, an adhesive layer made of a gloss coat layer made of an ultraviolet curable resin is provided on the side), so that the opening is covered. Since the ends of the lamp film are in close contact with the adhesive layer, there is no need to cover the entire container with the wrap film, and the wrap film can be tightly adhered to the length required for sealing, allowing effective use of the wrap film.

In addition, the adhesive layer is not sticky like conventional adhesive layers, so even if container blanks are stacked on top of each other during box manufacturing, it will not cause the pro-king phenomenon and can be manufactured using a sack pasting machine as is. I can do it. Furthermore, printing can be done at the same speed as printing on general container substrates, so
It has various advantages such as being able to be formed on the same line as the container base material.
