Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a molded product for drawing in which a molded product and a film are prevented from damage during conveyance and storage by a method wherein a film coated with heat-sensitive transfer property ink is integrally adhered on the surface of a molded prod being a slip plane. CONSTITUTION:When a molded product for drawing is manufactured, a film 3 is placed on the surface of a molded product 1 having a smooth surface so that an ink surface makes contact with the molded product 1. The film 3 and the molded product 1 are placed on transparent package film 2, and a package film 4 is placed thereon. Adhesion is effected such that heat seal parts H are formed at the three sides of the transparent package films 2 and 4, and the film 3 is integrally adhered to the molded product 1 by means of the transparent package films 2 and 4 to form a bag. The interior of the bagform transparent package films 2 and 4 with which the film 3 and the molded product 1 are wrapped is brought into a vacuum state by means of a vacuum packaging machine, and heat seal is effected such that a heat seal part H is formed at a remaining one side. This method provides a molded product for painting where in the film 3 is integrally adhered to the molded product 1 by means of th transparent package films 2 and 4.

[Problems to be solved by conventional techniques and inventions] Conventionally,
When drawing on a molded product (for example, necessary for F!! to draw on the surface of soap) using a drawing device, the molded product and a film coated with heat-sensitive transfer ink (hereinafter simply referred to as "film") are used. It is necessary to make a close contact between the molded product and the film, but the method for achieving this is to place a film on the surface of the molded product each time you draw, and then press the molded product and the film by applying downward force. There is a method of adhering the film to the molded article by stroking the surface of the molded article coated with the film with a finger, hard resin, or the like over the film.

However, in the above method, each time an i-drawing is performed using a drawing device, a film must be placed on the molded product and brought into close contact with the molded product. There was an issue. Also,
Even after the film is adhered to the molded product, the adhesion is uncertain, so it is susceptible to external influences such as external wind and equipment cooling fans until the drawing is completed, so it is necessary to maintain the adhesion state sufficiently during the entire drawing process. There was a serious issue of not being able to do so.

In addition, molded products with a smooth surface necessary for drawing may have a scratched surface, so it is necessary to individually package the molded products after manufacturing until drawing. In that case, each molded product must be individually wrapped before drawing. There were also problems such as having to place the film tightly on each bag after opening it and then putting it back into the box.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a molded product for drawing and a method for producing the same, which does not require opening the package from the time of manufacture until the completion of drawing, is less susceptible to external influences, and does not damage the molded product or film during transportation or storage. Our goal is to provide the following.

The molded product for drawing of the present invention is a molded product with a smooth surface and a film coated with heat-sensitive transferable ink is closely integrated with the surface, or the molded product that is in close contact with the surface is vacuum-coated with a packaging film. By packaging, the close integration between the molded product and the film becomes more stable. Therefore, when drawing with a drawing device using the molded product for drawing of the present invention, the molded product and the film are tightly integrated in a stable state, so drawing can be performed without being affected by external influences such as wind. A good image can be obtained on the surface of a molded product for drawing, and there is no need for labor and skill to reliably and uniformly bring the molded product and film into close contact each time the film is drawn.
