Various methods have been developed and implemented to prevent the above-mentioned types of pests. For example, as a measure against the pests of electric wires and cables, it has been proposed to use a rodent repellent mixed into the entire covering material. However, it is uneconomical and unprofitable to make the entire covering material of electric wires and cables rodent-proof, so it is uneconomical and unprofitable.・For reasons such as the need to focus only on cables and other areas, recently, anti-rat tapes made by mixing rodent repellents, or rodent repellent paints applied to the surface, are being used. tape is used to prevent damage.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the case of the rodent prevention tape configured as described above, part of the repellent tends to stick to hands when used, which is undesirable from a hygiene standpoint, and Tapes mixed with repellents also have the disadvantage that part of the repellent dissipates and disappears over time, reducing the anti-scalding effect. There is a problem that physical stability and chemical stability tend to decrease, and these problems have not been sufficiently solved even in the case of a tape using a type in which a repellent is encapsulated in microcapsules. Furthermore, the above-mentioned anti-corrosion tape has the problem that it cannot withstand long-term use because it lacks heat resistance and strength.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, a metal foil such as aluminum foil is layered on one side of a rat repellent layer formed by mixing a rat repellent into an adhesive. At the same time, we have developed and adopted a tape for preventing damage, which is constructed by layering an inorganic fiber fabric made of glass fiber or the like on the other side.

(Function) The rodent repellent tape according to the present invention has the function of preventing diffusion and elution of the rodent repellent due to the ventilation and water blocking properties of the metal foil layered on one side of the rodent repellent layer, and the rodent repellent layer In addition to being able to prevent physical changes such as peeling and damage, the metal foil's heat-resistant and flame-retardant properties can also prevent chemical deterioration of the rodent repellent caused by heating. In addition, due to the heat-resistant and flame-retardant properties of the inorganic fiber fabric layered on the other side of the rat repellent layer, the rat repellent can also be prevented from chemical deterioration due to heating from that side, and also has a heat insulating effect. Reinforcing properties can be imparted to the tape due to the shape retention and stiffness of the inorganic fiber fabric.

Example 1 In FIG. 2, reference numeral 1 indicates a thin rodent repellent layer, for example, granular or liquid cyclohexide rodent repellent 2 may be used as is, or it may be coated with a particle size of 10 to 10.
A rodent repellent 2 encapsulated in minute microcapsules of about 60 μm is mixed and kneaded into a synthetic resin adhesive, and a metal foil 3 made of aluminum foil is adhesively layered on the surface thereof. An adhesive layer of inorganic fiber fabric 4 made of glass fiber is formed on the back side, and this layered material 5 is cut as appropriate to obtain a width of 2 to 20 cm and a thickness of 0.2 to 0.2 cm.
A tape body with a long dimension of about 0.5 mm is formed and wound around a winding core R to form a roll-shaped pest prevention tape T as shown in FIG.

The rodent prevention tape of this example is used by wrapping the metal foil 3 side with an adhesive on a covered wire where there is a risk of rodent bite, for example, with the metal foil 3 side facing up. Due to its protective effects such as ventilation, water barrier properties, heat resistance, and flame retardant properties, the rat repellent 2 is reliably prevented from dispersing, elution, chemical deterioration, and peeling and damage of the rat repellent layer 1. It is capable of exerting a long-lasting mucus effect over a long period of time. In addition, the heat resistance, heat insulation, and flame retardant properties of the inorganic fiber fabric 4 such as glass fiber provided on the back side prevent the rat repellent from deteriorating due to heating, and its excellent shape retention allows the entire tape to be This is something that can be strengthened.

Example 2 As shown in FIG. 3, this example differs from Example 2 only in that an adhesive layer 6 is formed on the lower surface of the inorganic fiber fabric 4, and is therefore the same as Example 1. Parts are given the same reference numerals. In the case of this embodiment, the above-mentioned adhesive layer 6 can prevent the damage prevention tape T rolled into a roll from being deformed, and can also be used to prevent damage by wrapping it around areas requiring protection such as covered electric wires and cables. It has the advantage of being easy to put on.

Example 3 The example shown in FIG. 4 is similar to Examples 1 and 2 above in that a metal foil 3 made of aluminum foil is formed as an adhesive layer on the surface of the rodent repellent layer 1, but the rodent repellent layer 1 is An adhesive layer 3 made of aluminum foil is also formed on the back surface of the layer 1, and an adhesive layer 6 is formed on the lower surface of the metal foil 3.
This embodiment differs from the above embodiment in that an inorganic fiber fabric 4 made of glass fiber is bonded via a . In this embodiment, since the metal foil 3 is adhesively layered on both the front and back surfaces of the rat repellent layer 1, the above-mentioned effects of the metal foil 3 are further improved, and there is an advantage that the rodent prevention effect can be increased. . In this embodiment as well, the same parts as in each of the above embodiments are given the same reference numerals, and the functions and effects of the same members are also the same.

Although cycloheximide (trade name: naramycin) is exemplified as the rat repellent 2 in each of the above examples, it is natural that other rat repellents can be used, and if a rat repellent containing microcapsules is used, This is useful for improving the durability of the chemical effect of the repellent and improving the safety in handling. In addition, the inorganic fiber fabric used in this invention is

(Effects of the invention) As detailed above, according to the invention, the rodent repellent layer can be isolated from outside air etc. by the metal foil such as aluminum foil layered on at least one side (surface) of the rodent repellent layer. Therefore, the dispersion and elution of the repellent can be prevented,
It can maintain its effectiveness over a long period of time, prevent changes in chemical properties due to sunlight, etc., and can impart heat resistance and flame retardancy to the tape.

Furthermore, the inorganic fiber fabric layered on the back side of the rat repellent layer can further improve the heat insulation and flame retardant properties of the tape, as well as provide excellent shape retention and maintain the construction state after the rat repellent construction. It has the advantage of being able to reliably perform the process, and since the rat repellent layer is composed of an adhesive mixed with a rat repellent, there is no need to use a separate adhesive when layering metal foil and inorganic fiber fabric. It is a combination of effects that have been said to be good.
