センサーの動作不良パターンを説明したタイムチ
ヤート図、第6図は従来の回路の動作をあらわし
たタイムチヤート図である。
図において、1は移動体、2は搬送コンベア、
3は移動体通過検出センサーA、3aはセンサー
Aの投光器、3bはセンサーAの受光器、4は移
動体通過検出センサーB、4aはセンサーBの投
光器、4bはセンサーBの受光器、5はセンサー
取付装置、11〜19は従来の移動体通過検出回
路、20はセンサーA検出信号、21はセンサー
B検出信号、22はセンサーA、Bによる検出出
力信号、23はセンサーA検出メモリー、24は
センサー検出メモリー、25はセンサーA、又は
