Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内部に周回しながら積層方向に絶縁層を介
して重畳するコイル用導体パターンを具えた積層
インダクタにおいて、絶縁層の積層方向の表面の
一部が、当該絶縁層と異なる色の材料で置換され
て成る積層インダクタ。 (2) 絶縁層と色の異なる材料が、当該絶縁層の
表面から内部に所定の深さで埋め込まれた請求項
第１項記載の積層インダクタ。 (3) 内部に周回しながら積層方向に絶縁層を介
して重畳するコイル用導体パターンを具えた積層
インダクタにおいて、絶縁層の積層方向の片側表
面の中心から偏心した位置で当該絶縁層の一部が
、当該絶縁層と異なる色の材料で置換されて成る
