本発明はグラビア印刷やコーターに使用されるドクター

[従来の技術]
従来用いられているドクター刃1は、第3図に示すよう
に鋼製のドクター刃素材2表裏面にセラメッキ層3を施
して形成されている。なお、同図中符号4は回転版であ

即ち、セラメッキ層3を形成する方法としては、無電解
ニッケルメッキ洛中に炭化ケイ素、窒化ホウ素、等のセ
ラミックスの各種微粉を適量添加し、メツキと同時にこ
れら微粉をメツキ被膜内に析出、複合させ、鋼製ドクタ
の表面に硬質層を形成させる。なお、このあと熱処理を
行うことによりメツキ層の硬度をさらに向上させること
もある。このようにすることにより、ドクターの耐摩耗
性を向上させ、かつ、ドクター刃先のかえり、異常摩耗

[発明が解決しようとする課題]

ケルメッキ層のみとし、その上面側にセラメッキ層を形
成するようにすると、同一母材のニッケル表面側にセラ
ミック粒子が位置することになるので剥離し難くなり、
