Claims (1)
- 互いにほぼ平行関係をもつて配列される少なく
とも一対の導体、これら導体を離隔状態に保持す
る吸液性絶縁体、この吸液性絶縁体の外側にあつ
て水を遮蔽し到来した酸性液体により腐食されて
該酸性液体を通過せしめる金属箔層を備える酸性
液体検知センサ。
