(Prior art) As a concrete block for construction, the front and rear face shells are integrally connected by two left and right web shells, and a vertical hole is formed between the left and right web shells, and the vertical hole is vertically divided on the outside of the web shell. A formwork concrete block is known in which grooves are formed respectively, and large U-shaped or V-shaped recesses are provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the left and right web shells to communicate the left and right vertical holes and grooves of the web shells. This formwork concrete block is made by filling the vertical holes and grooves of all concrete blocks with fresh concrete after masonry, and connecting the fresh concrete in the vertical holes and grooves together through the upper and lower grooves of the web shell, making it strong. Traditionally, during masonry, mortar was applied to the top, bottom, left and right sides of the face shell to a thickness of approximately 10 mm, and the mortar hardened to adhere adjacent blocks. As a result, the masonry work required a high level of skill and a large number of hands, which resulted in a long construction period.

Recently, in order to eliminate the need for mortar application, vertical protrusions have been provided on one of the left and right end faces of the face shell, and grooves into which the protrusions fit are provided on the other end face. Attempts began to be made to fit these together and lock them together. It has also been attempted to provide longitudinal protrusions on the upper surface of the face shell and grooves on the lower surface, and to fit these into place during masonry.
Further, the upper end of the web shell is made to protrude from the upper surface of the face shell, and the thickness of this protruding part is made thinner than the lower part to form a stepped part in the protruding part. Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-49385 discloses a device which is engaged with the lower end of the web shell of the other block. In addition, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-19937 disclosed a construction block in which both the left and right ends of the front and rear face shells are connected by a web shell, and convex tongues and concave grooves of the same shape are formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the web shell, respectively, so that they can be fitted in a complementary manner. It is disclosed in Publication No. 59-31346.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) When vertical protrusions and grooves are provided on the left and right end faces of the face shell, one concrete block adjacent to the other on the left and right may However, it was not possible to prevent displacement in the length direction. Additionally, if longitudinal protrusions and grooves are provided on both the top and bottom surfaces of the face shell, it is possible to prevent one concrete block from shifting in the thickness direction relative to the other vertically adjacent concrete block. However, it was not possible to prevent displacement in the length direction. That is, when providing uneven stripes in the vertical direction or in the longitudinal direction, there is a problem in that locking in the longitudinal direction cannot be achieved in either case.

On the other hand, a block in which the upper end of the web shell protrudes, such as the block described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-49385, can prevent the block from shifting in the length direction; Since the height is higher than that of the face shell, the spaces on the left and right sides of the web shell are separated by the web shell, and it is therefore impossible to fill the spaces between the front and rear face shells with fresh concrete.

Furthermore, in the construction block described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 59-31346, which has convex tongues and concave grooves of the same shape on both the upper and lower surfaces of the web shell, the height of the web shell is high, so Similarly, it was impossible to fill with fresh concrete, and moreover, mass molding was impossible. In other words, when forming a concrete block, a mold frame is generally placed on a pallet with a smooth upper surface, a press frame is provided above the pallet so that it can be raised and lowered, and the press plate of the press frame is inserted into the mold frame to form the concrete block. The mold frame and press frame are then pulled upwards, and the molded concrete blocks remaining on the pallet are transported together with the pallet to a curing room to be cured and solidified, and then the concrete blocks are horizontally extruded from the pallet. In order to provide a concave part on the top surface of the concrete block and a convex part on the bottom surface, a convex part is provided on the press board and a concave part on the pallet. On the other hand, in order to form a convex part on the top surface and a concave part on the bottom surface of the concrete block, a concave part is provided on the press board and a convex part on the pallet, and the convex part of the pallet is pushed into the concrete block. It was necessary to push the concrete blocks into the lower surface, which made it impossible to remove the concrete blocks on the pallet by extrusion after curing.

(Function) During masonry, the upper and lower formwork concrete blocks are connected by fitting the protrusion projecting from the top surface of the lower concrete block into the lower end of the vertical groove of the upper concrete block, and one of the upper and lower blocks This prevents the other from shifting horizontally. If the protrusions are provided at both ends of the face shell and a vertical groove having a width twice the width of the protrusion is provided in the center of the face shell (see Example 1),
If a large number of formwork concrete blocks can be stacked in a staggered manner, and the protrusions and vertical grooves are provided in symmetrical positions with respect to the center of the face shell (see Example 2), the orientation of the upper and lower blocks can be reversed. It becomes possible to stack potatoes by stacking them.

(Effects of the Invention) The present invention provides a protrusion whose upper end projects from the upper surface of the face shell along each inner surface of the front and rear face shells, and at a position away from the protrusion along the inner surface of the face shell. Since the structure has vertical grooves into which these projections can fit, by appropriately setting the positions and numbers of the projections and vertical grooves, it is possible to form a large number of formwork concrete blocks in a staggered manner or in piles. The blocks are stacked in a shape, and the protrusions of the lower formwork concrete block are fitted into the lower ends of the vertical grooves of the upper formwork concrete block to lock them together, and one of the upper and lower blocks is displaced in the length direction of the other. It is possible to prevent this from happening.
Moreover, since the above-mentioned protrusions protrude on the upper surface of the face shell and do not protrude on the lower surface, and the mating partner of the above-mentioned protrusions is a vertical groove along the inner surface of the face shell, it is difficult to fit into the pallet when molding the formwork concrete block. There is no need to provide protrusions, holes, recesses, etc., and after curing, the products on the pallet can be pushed out and removed while sliding. Therefore, a molding device that has been widely used in the past can be used by simply changing the shape of its press plate.
In addition, since the above-mentioned protrusion is provided along the inner surface of the face shell, and a large recess is formed in the web shell, and there is nothing to prevent communication between the left and right vertical holes and grooves of the web shell, reinforcing bars are placed vertically and horizontally. However, the inside of each block can be filled with ready-mixed concrete to create a strong structure.
