Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. A base plate made of plywood or the like, a ground layer made of conductive rubber interposed within the base plate, a planar heating element laminated on the base plate, and the above. A floor heating panel comprising: a decorative material laminated on a planar heating element; and a connecting fitting attached to a side surface of the base plate in connection with the ground layer. 2. A base plate made of plywood or the like, a ground layer made of conductive rubber interposed within the base plate, a planar heating element laminated on the base plate, and a planar heating element laminated on the planar heating element. A floor heating panel comprising: a decorative material; a connection fitting attached to the side surface of the base plate in connection with the ground layer; and a ground wire connected to the connection fitting. 3. A base plate made of plywood or the like, a ground layer made of conductive rubber interposed within the base plate, a planar heating element laminated on the base plate, and a planar heating element laminated on the planar heating element. A floor heating panel comprising: a decorative material; and a connection pin buried from the surface of the ground layer to the back side of the base plate. 4. A base plate made of plywood or the like, a ground layer made of conductive rubber interposed within the base plate, a planar heating element laminated on the base plate, and a planar heating element laminated on the planar heating element. A floor heating panel comprising: a decorative material; a connection pin buried from the surface of the ground layer to the back side of the base plate; and a ground wire connected to the connection pin.
