    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 口部付き頂壁５周縁より周壁６を垂下するキヤ
    ツプ本体２と、上記口部を開閉する蓋体３とを、
    各後部でキヤツプ本体２に対する蓋体３の回動が
    可能に連結してこれ等本体と蓋体とを合成樹脂に
    より一体成形させた蓋体付のキヤツプ状部材にお
    いて、上記キヤツプ本体２の頂壁５外周と、蓋体
    ３の周壁１０下端縁とを同径の円形状に構成し、
    蓋体周壁１０の後部下端に沿つて形成した円弧状
    の第１肉薄ヒンジ部１３を介して上辺を連結する
    とともに、下辺をキヤツプ本体周壁６後部の上記
    第１肉薄ヒンジ部１３より後方且つ下方位置に上
    向き円弧状の第２肉薄ヒンジ１４を介して連結し
    且つ、後方へ突出弯曲した弾性弯曲板４を設け、
    該弯曲板により蓋体３をキヤツプ本体２に弾性反
    転可能に連結してなることを特徴とする蓋体付き
    キヤツプ状部材。
