ブの温度検知素子と温度設定手段を接続するとと
もに、切換スイツチを切り換えて温度設定手段と
調節素子とを接続する調節レバー切換手段を備え
た構成としている。

在に温度設定手段7に接続され、温度設定手段7
は出力設定手段5に、出力設定手段5はインバー
タ発振手段8に接続されており、インバータ発振
手段8は加熱コイル(図示せず)に高周波電流を
供給して容器9を加熱する。10は温度検知プロ
ーブ1の感温部で、容器9内の被調理物の温度を
検出する。11は温度検知プローブ1のリード線
である。又、温度検知プローブ1のプラグ12及
びジヤツク29は第3図に示す通りで、温度検知
素子2の一端はプラグ12のスリーブ16に接続
され、他端はプラグ12のチツプ17に接続され
る。またスリーブ16とチツプ17は絶縁カラー
21で絶縁されている。電磁調理器本体13に設
けられたジヤツク29はチツプばね18とスリー
ブばね19と絶縁板20で構成され、かつ、チツ
プばね18とスリーブばね19は温度設定手段7
に接続されている。更に、ジヤツク29のプラグ
差込み口30には窓を介して発光ダイオード14
とホトトランジスタ15が対向して設けられてあ
