Regarding the removal device, the long and thin debris that has been scraped off from the flocked surface of the floor mats and attached to the rotating scraping brush is scraped off with comb teeth and removed through the debris guide duct, making the removal of this long and thin debris efficient and powerful. Provide what you can do.

シで水洗と砂泥落としを行なうものがある。 For example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-26878, a conventional floor mat dust removal device cleans a floor mat guided by guide rollers with a channel brush soaked in detergent solution, and then sprays high-pressure water from a waterproof pipe. However, there are some that use separate channel brushes to wash with water and remove sand and mud.

Technical matters have been disclosed to prevent dust from re-adhering to plywood etc. by suctioning it.

Not only is it difficult to reach the area, but the debris becomes wet and sticks to the flocked area, so there is a great possibility that it will be even more difficult to remove.

ある。 That is, in the present invention, a rotary scraping brush 1 for scraping off elongated debris entangled on the flocked surface of a flocked floor mat M is supported on a support frame 3 so as to be rotatably driven around a left-right axis 2, and the flocked floor mat M is rotatably scraped. Conveying device 4 that passes through the upper circumference of the removing brush 1
are provided over the front and back sides of the upper part of the rotary scraping brush 1, and the comb teeth 5 are used to remove elongated debris scraped from the flocked surface of the flocked floor mat M onto the rotary scraping brush 1 from the rotary scraping brush 1. The comb teeth 5 are inserted into the lower circumference of the scraping brush 1, and the comb teeth 5 are moved in the direction A perpendicular to the rotating direction so that the tip end 5a approaches the upper side of rotation of the rotating scraping brush 1 than the base end 5b. The entire length of the rotary scraping brush 1 is oriented so that the scrap guide duct 7 guides the elongated debris scraped off from the rotary scraping brush 1 by the comb teeth 5 from the lower space of the rotary scraping brush 1 to the debris collection container 6. A fan 8 is installed in the waste guide duct 7, and is provided along the lower space extending through the waste guide duct 7. The rotary scraping brush 1 and the conveying device 4 are connected to the prime mover 10, and the rotary scraping brush 1 and the conveying device 4 are driven by the prime mover 10, and the fan 8 is operated. While the flocked floor mat M is being transported by the conveying device 4 with its flocked surface facing downward, elongated debris entangled with the flocked surface of the flocked floor mat M is scraped off from the flocked surface of the flocked floor mat M by the rotary scraping brush 1. Comb teeth 5 that enter this while maintaining the inclination angle
This feature is characterized in that the waste is combed and dropped into the waste guide duct 7, and the waste is collected from the waste guide duct 7 into the waste collecting container 6 by the wind generated by the fan 8.

長屑除去装置。 A rotary scraping brush 1 for scraping elongated debris entangled on the flocked surface of the flocked floor mat M is supported by a support frame 3 so as to be rotatable around an axis 2 in the left and right direction, and the flocked floor mat M is mounted on the rotary scraping brush 1. A conveying device 4 that passes through the circumference is provided across the front and rear sides of the upper part of the rotary scraping brush 1, and the elongated debris scraped from the flocked surface of the flocked floor mat M to the rotary scraping brush 1 is removed from the rotary scraping brush 1. The comb teeth 5 to be removed by the comb are pushed into the lower circumference of the rotating scraping brush 1, and the comb teeth 5 are rotated so that the tip 5a approaches the upper side of rotation of the rotating scraping brush 1 than the base end 5b. A waste guiding duct 7 is inclined with respect to the direction A perpendicular to the direction A, and guides elongated waste scraped off from the rotating scraping brush 1 by the comb teeth 5 from the space below the rotating scraping brush 1 to the waste collection container 6. is provided along the lower space over the entire length of the rotating scraping brush 1, and the comb teeth 5 create a wind that blows the long and thin debris scraped off by the rotating scraping brush 1 from the debris guide duct 7 to the debris collection container 6. The fan 8 is communicated with the waste guide duct 7, the rotary scraping brush 1 and the conveying device 4 are interlocked and connected to the prime mover 10, and the prime mover 10 drives the rotary scraping brush 1 and the conveying device 4, and the fan 8 is operated. While the flocked floor mat M is being transported with the flocked surface facing downward by the conveying device 4, the rotary scraping brush 1 scrapes the elongated debris entangled with the flocked surface of the flocked floor mat M from the flocked surface of the flocked floor mat M. The rotary scraping brush 1 is then inserted into the debris guide duct 7 with comb teeth 5 that enter this while maintaining the inclination angle.
A device for removing elongated debris from a flocked floor mat, characterized in that the debris is collected in a debris collection container 6 by wind generated by a fan 8 from a debris guiding duct 7.
