Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上部を開口した真空容器６内の底部に発熱
体９を配し、この発熱体９上部に食品や液体を入
れる着脱自在な内鍋１０を載置し、容器６の上部
開口に開閉自在な蓋１７を設け、前記内鍋１０の
底中央部外側に温度検出センサー１４を圧着し、
制御回路１６で内鍋１０内の温度を任意の温度で
、かつ任意の時間保てる構成としたことを特徴と
する調理器。 (2) 内鍋１０は金属以外の熱容量の大きい材質
としたことを特徴とする請求項１記載の調理器。 (3) 内鍋１０の底中央部外側に凹部１３を設け
たことを特徴とする請求項１記載の調理器。
