- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 機体のハウジング側に固定された固定環に、回
転軸側に固定された回転環を摺接させ、その摺動
面で密封流体をシールしてなるメカニカルシール
において、 前記固定環の外周部に作動圧力を外部から作用
させ、前記摺動面の密封流体の流体圧力による変
形を調整可能にしたことを特徴とするメカニカル
シール。
