However, EVA is added to the conventional ionomer resin mentioned above.
The packaging material for skin packs is made by applying a vinylidene chloride coating to the ionomer resin surface of a laminated film.Due to the low heat resistance of the film made of ionomer resin and EVA, sufficient heat is not applied during the vinylidene chloride coating, and the ionomer resin surface is coated with vinylidene chloride. Vinylidene coating is difficult, so high barrier properties cannot be obtained, and depending on the hardness at the time of winding, it may cause blocking, and even if it is wound to the appropriate hardness, it will take a long time to use. When the length is long, there is a problem that the film becomes unusable due to blocking due to natural shrinkage. Furthermore, EVA has a tackiness, so when it is rolled up into a roll and unwound during use, it has tackiness, making the unwinding process difficult and inefficient.

Packaging materials for skin packs made of EVA are coextruded and laminated, so they are expensive, and since they are not matted, they suffer from blocking.

ことを目的とするものである。 In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention was made by focusing on the fact that the opaque matted part becomes transparent due to the heat of shrink packaging. Easily imparts higher barrier properties, and then laminates EVA and ionomer resin using a matte process, which prevents blocking and is easy to unwind from the roll used. Easy to manufacture, stable quality, low cost, and high barrier properties. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a packaging material for skin packs having the following properties.

In order to achieve the above object, the method for manufacturing a skin pack packaging material of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
Then, a polyvinylidene chloride film 2 is formed by applying an emulsion of polyvinylidene chloride and forming a film by heat treatment, and then on this polyvinylidene chloride film 2.
At the same time, EVA and ionomer resin are coextruded and laminated with EVA facing outward to form EVA layer 3 and ionomer resin layer 5.
The feature is that the surface of the EVA layer 3 is given a matte finish (the surface becomes matte) using a roll with unevenness. 4 is a pine processing section. The thickness of film 1 is 20~60μ, the thickness of EVA layer 3 is 20~
The total thickness of the EVA layer 3 and the ionomer resin layer 5 is 30-150μ.

も適している。 By laminating EVA and ionomer resin using matte processing, it can be rewound without any resistance, making the work easier. By the way, matte processing makes the film translucent and makes it difficult to see the contents, but when skin packs are heated, the pine disappears in the heated areas and becomes transparent, so unlike the conventional matte processing, it is difficult to see the contents. It is also suitable for applications where you want to show the contents, such as when vacuum packaging products.

As explained above, according to the present invention, matte processing eliminates blocking, making it easier to use, and since vinylidene chloride coating can be easily applied, it has high barrier properties, and the translucent matte processing part It becomes transparent when heated during skin packing, so you can clearly see the contents, and it is easy to manufacture, reducing costs.
This has the effect of stabilizing quality.
