[Prior art] Conventionally, this type of waterproof shoes was made by sewing a woven fabric with vinyl chloride, rubber, etc., but the woven fabric itself did not stretch well, and the rubber attached to it did not stretch well. Because they are hard, they are difficult to fit around the foot when in use, and they also have drawbacks such as being uncomfortable to wear.

In the waterproof shoe according to the present invention, a covering layer of thin rubber 3 is provided on the surface of a sock-like fabric 1 to form a shoe body 4, and an articulator 7 is provided on two strips of tape 6 on both sides of a fastener 8. A fastener unit is constructed by bias sewing 14 a cotton cloth 9 with a rubber coating 15 on the outer surface, and attaching a sole 16 to the lower surface of the shoe body 4, and arranging the fastener unit longitudinally inside the shoe body 4. The rubber coating 15 of the fastener unit is adhered to the shoe body 4, and a coating layer of thin reinforcing rubber 10 is provided at appropriate locations including the peripheral edge of the fastener unit and the part spanning the shoe body 4,
A vertical incision 13 is provided by shifting the shoe body 4 from the articulator 7 in the overlapped part with the fastener 8, so that the upper ends of the fabric 1, thin rubber 3, fastener unit, and thin reinforcing rubber 10 are on the same horizontal plane. This is what I did.

In addition, the method for manufacturing waterproof shoes according to the present invention includes leaving the upper end of the shoe opening on the surface of the sock-like fabric 1 and covering it with thin rubber 3 having high flexibility and elongation to form the shoe body 4, and forming the shoe body 4 with two strips of tape 6. A fastener unit is constructed by sewing a cotton cloth 9 having a rubber coating 15 on the outer surface side to the side edge of the fastener 8 by bias sewing 14, and attaching the fastener unit to the foot. The mold 2 is placed vertically on the upper part of the heel part 5 inside the rear of the shoe body with the mold 2 inserted, and the fastener 8 is adhered through the rubber coating 15 of the cotton fabric 9, and the outer surface of the rubber coating of the cotton fabric 9 and the shoe are bonded together. After covering the main body 4 with a thin reinforcing rubber 10 and vulcanizing the thin rubber 3 and the thin reinforcing rubber 10, the shoe main body 4 is removed from the foot mold 2, and a linear incision is made in the shoe main body 4. One tape 6
It is characterized in that it is provided along the side edge of the shoe up to the shoe opening at the upper end of the shoe, and the fabric 1 at the upper end of the shoe opening is cut off.

Furthermore, the method for manufacturing waterproof shoes according to the present invention involves leaving the upper end of the shoe opening on the surface of the sock-like fabric 1 and covering it with thin rubber 3 having high flexibility and elongation to form the shoe body 4, and then attaching two strips of tape 6 to the shoe body 4. After bias sewing 14 cotton cloth 9 to the side edge of the fastener 8 where the articulator 7 is provided, a rubber coating 15 is provided on the outer surface to form a fastener unit, and the leg mold 2 is inserted into the fastener unit. A thin reinforcing rubber 10 is disposed vertically on the upper part of the heel part 5 on the inside of the rear part of the shoe body in a state where the rubber coating 15 of the cotton fabric 9 is adhered to the outer surface of the rubber coating of the cotton fabric 9 and the shoe body 4.
and thin rubber 3 and thin reinforcing rubber 10.
After the shoe body 4 is vulcanized, the shoe body 4 is removed from the foot mold 2, and a linear incision 13 is made in the shoe body 4 so as to be offset from the occlusal line 11 at the center of the fastener, and at the side edge of one tape 6. It is characterized in that it is provided along the edge up to the shoe opening at the upper end of the shoe, and the fabric 1 at the upper end of the shoe opening is cut off.
