Claims (1)
- 軸心Ｙ−Ｙを垂直にしたメタルコンバータ３を
装着したフランジ４と、このフランジ４の下面に
その上部を固着したアウタケース５と、このアウ
タケース５の底部付近でかつ前記軸心Ｙ−Ｙの延
長線から離れた位置に取付けられたアウトレツト
パイプ１０とを有するエキマニマフラにおいて、
軸心Ｙ−Ｙの下方への延長付近に谷１５を形成し
、かつ軸心Ｙ−Ｙの延長線とアウトレツトパイプ
１０との間に山１６を形成する多孔のパンチング
メタル１２，１３と、このパンチングメタル１２
，１３とアウタケース５との間に充てんしたグラ
スウール１４と、メタルコンバータ３の下端に装
着した漏斗状のインレツトパイプ１７とを具備し
、前記山１６はその頂部と前記インレツトパイプ
１７との間に排気通路としての隙間１８を形成す
る高さに定めたことを特徴とするメタルコンバー
タを内蔵した車輌用マフラ。
