る差動送り装置。 (2) ナツトの歯数と滑り歯車の歯数が異なり、
またはボールネジとスプライン軸の回転数が異な
ることにより、ボールネジとナツトに回転差を与
えることを特徴とする請求項第１項記載の差動送
り装置。 (3) ボールネジとスプライン軸をそれぞれ個別
に回転させる動力源を備え、それぞれ所定の回転
方向と回転差を与えることを特徴とする請求項第
