Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an assembly wherein a man-hour is simplified and a bad influence is hardly exerted by vibration etc., by providing a bearing member having a bearing part and a joining part. CONSTITUTION:At the time of assembling, a central shaft 48 of a rotary member 47 is supported on a bearing part 61 of a bearing member 60. Then a joining part 62 of the bearing member 60 is joined elastically to a frame, so that the bearing member 60 is held securely in the frame. At the time of disassembling, the rotary member 47 is readily removed from the frame by releasing the joint of the joining part 62. Accordingly, the assembling and disassembling of the assembly can be made easily. In this case, the rotary member does not easily come off, because the bearing member 60 is joined elastically to the frame.

In the conventional configuration (i), an E-shaped ring must be attached to each shaft to which a roller is attached, so as the number of shafts increases, assembly becomes more complicated. Further, when replacing rollers and the like during maintenance, it is necessary to remove the E-type retaining ring each time and reinstall the E-type retaining ring after maintenance, which makes maintenance work troublesome.

Furthermore, in the conventional structure (11), the shaft end bearing is simply fitted into the notch of the mounting plate, so the shaft and rollers are likely to come off the mounting plate and fall due to vibrations or the like.

At this time, the folded portion 62a of the engaging portion 62 is elastically deformed,
It elastically engages with the end portion 65 of the roller storage portion 46 . This completes the setting of the shaft 48 and the 1-ra 47. Here, the shaft 4B and roller 47 can be easily installed without using the E-type stopper as in the conventional case, simplifying the assembly. In addition, the bearing member 6 ( ) has the engaging portion 62
Since the bearing member 60 is elastically engaged with the roller accommodating portion 46, the bearing member 60 can be reliably attached, and it is possible to prevent the bearing member 60 from falling off due to vibration or the like. When removing the shaft 48 and roller 47 during maintenance work, etc., the folded part 62
It is only necessary to disengage the end portion 65 of a with a finger. At this time, the tip of the end portion 65 protrudes beyond the p1 wall 46b,
Moreover, since the hole 64 is formed, the finger can be inserted into the folded part 6.
It is easy to get 2a. Therefore, disassembly can be easily performed.

In addition, the above? Since the copying operation of the M copying machine is common, a detailed explanation will be omitted here, but to briefly explain, first, the attitude of the branching claw 63 is switched depending on the non-sort mode or the sort mode. In the non-sort mode, the paper is placed on the paper receiver 3Oa from the carry-in path 29 via the discharge roller 61 and the opening 60. Further, in the case of the sort mode, the sheets are guided by the guide belt 34 and transported, and are carried onto a predetermined sheet receiver 3Ob according to the switching of each sort claw 3G according to the number of sheets to be sorted.
