Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the adhesive strength of a granular material to the surface of a product by secondarily applying a resin solution to the surface of a liquid synthetic resin in such a state that at least the surface of the liquid synthetic resin is gelled and secondarily sprinkling the granular material over the gelled surface. CONSTITUTION:Glass fibers 1 are laid on the molding surface of a mold A and a liquid thermosetting synthetic resin 2 is cast on the glass fiber layer in desired thickness. The upper surface thereof is flatly leveled by the tumbling of a defoaming roller and the air bubbles interposed between the glass fibers 1 are removed to infiltrate the synthetic resin in the glass fibers 1. A synthetic resin solution 3 is secondarily thinly applied to the surface of the liquid synthetic resin 2 cast on the mold A in such a state that at least the surface of said resin 2 is gelled and a granular material 4 having an irregular shape with a particle size of about 0.3 - 1.0mm is uniformly sprinkled over the coating surface of the resin solution 3. The sprinkled granular material 4 is bonded to the gelled surface of the resin solution 3. The sprinkled granular material 4 is bonded to the gelled surface in a state impossible to sediment while it excludes the resin solution 3 and the lower peripheral edge of the granular material 4 is bonded to the resin solution 3 returned after exclusion. By this method, the biting properties of a shoe sole are enhanced and anti-slip effect can be developed still more.

[Prior Art] Conventionally, methods for forming a rough surface by adhering particulate matter to the surface of a synthetic resin product include spraying a mixture of particulate matter and adhesive onto the surface of a so-called finished product that has been molded. Generally, a method is known in which adhesive is applied to the surface of a finished product in advance and granules are adhered thereon.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the former method of forming a rough surface by spraying, since granules are mixed with a large amount of adhesive, the rough surface formed on the surface of the product is not a rough surface. However, the adhesive builds up thickly and creates a gradual drop-like unevenness with almost no drop. Therefore, if this product is used for flooring, etc., for example,
If the unevenness is desired to function as an anti-slip surface when walking, it is impossible to use it for the above purpose because there is almost no catching effect.

On the other hand, the latter method of forming a rough surface involves attaching particulate matter to the adhesive applied to the surface of the product, so it has a non-slip function when walking, but since it is a simple adhesive, it is easy to get caught by feet. It is unavoidable that particulate matter tends to separate from the surface of the product, and in short, synthetic resin products that have a rough surface formed by adhesion of particulate matter to the surface by conventional methods are subjected to direct rubbing pressure on the rough surface. There are difficulties in its use.

Therefore, the present invention effectively utilizes the casting process of liquid synthetic resin to strengthen the adhesion of granules to the surface of the product, and to effectively maintain the amount of protrusion of the granules. The object of the present invention is to provide a synthetic resin product that can be used in applications where rubbing pressure is applied.

[Means for solving the problem] The present invention for achieving the above object provides a method for manufacturing a synthetic resin product molded by pouring a liquid synthetic resin, in which at least the surface of the poured liquid synthetic resin is gelled. In this state, a resin liquid is secondarily applied to the surface,
The gist of this method is to sprinkle particulate matter onto the gelled surface from above.

In Fig. 4, A is a mold with a horizontal molding surface on the upper surface, glass fiber 1 is laid on the molding surface of mold A, and thermosetting liquid synthetic resin 2 is poured onto it to the desired thickness. ,
The upper surface is made flat by rolling a defoaming roller (not shown), and air bubbles interposed between the glass fibers 1 are removed to allow the synthetic resin 2 to permeate into the glass fibers 1. The above process is a general method for molding FRP products. Therefore, in the present invention, at least the surface (the smoothed surface) of the liquid synthetic resin 2 poured into the mold A is in a gelled state, and then a synthetic resin liquid 3 is secondarily applied to the surface. Irregularly shaped granules 4 (silica sand) having a particle size of approximately 0.3 to 1.0 mm are uniformly sprinkled onto the coating surface. The scattered particulate matter 4 is attached to the gelled surface without settling while expelling the resin liquid 3 by its mass, and the lower periphery of the particulate matter is surrounded by the resin liquid 3 that has flowed back due to the above-mentioned expulsion.
It is attached to.

Incidentally, after the liquid resins 2 and 3 are dried and solidified, they are released from the mold and taken out as the finished products shown in FIGS. 1 to 3.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, in the casting process of liquid synthetic resin, a resin liquid is secondarily applied to at least the surface of the liquid synthetic resin in a gelled state, Since the particulate matter is dispersed on the gelled surface through this coating surface, the particulate matter does not sink into the gelled surface and the above-mentioned 2.
The lower periphery is then attached to the applied resin liquid, and due to the strong bonding relationship after curing, the granules will not separate from the surface of the product even if a rubbing pressure is applied directly to the granules.

In addition, since the granules are supported by the gelled surface, the granules have a shape in which the gelled surface is the bottom and the entire height corresponding to the particle size protrudes above the surface. It can be used for purposes such as, and its rough surface can be effectively used as a bow hook to prevent slipping when walking.

Furthermore, since the tips of the granules constituting the above-mentioned sparse surface are exposed without being hidden by the resin, the biting properties with the sole of the shoe are improved, and the anti-slip effect of the layer is exhibited. It has excellent features that cannot be expected with conventional methods of forming a rough surface, such as by spraying particles or simply adhering them to the adhesive surface.
