Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely effect solid-liquid separation by disposing a casing of a screen scale scraping device at the terminal end of a water flow trough and providing a screen with its lower part being bent and a water outlet at the bottom of the casing and an apron at the top of the screen. CONSTITUTION:The lower end of a screen scale scraping device 2 is positioned below a water flow trough 1, with its upper end being positioned above the trough 1. A chain 24 is supported between a sprocket wheel 22 at the top of a cylindrical casing 21 and a U-shaped guide rail 23 at the lower part of the casing, while a plurality of protruding rakes 25 are attached to the chain 24 at predetermined intervals. An apron 27 is provided on a screen 26 and on its extension along the upward locus of the rakes 25. The screen 26 is disposed on a level with the trough 1, with its lower end being formed into a U-shape. A rear piece 26b of the screen 26 is shorter than a front piece 26a and is positioned a little higher than the water level of the water flowing down from the end of the trough 1. A water outlet 28 is provided in a U-shaped area between the piece 26a and the piece 26b.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention supplies screen residue collected by a plurality of dust removers from a sewage treatment plant, etc. into a downstream trough, and after conveying the screen residue, This invention relates to a solid-liquid separator for screen residue, which separates and collects screen residue from running water.

In large sewage treatment plants, multiple dust removers are installed in one pond, and each dust remover is operated to scrape up screen residue, which is then transferred to a running water trough installed in the intersecting direction above each dust remover. A bit is installed at the edge of the trough, and the screen sludge collected from this flow is thrown into the bit together with the running water, and the screen residue is fed into the bit with a sludge-type dust remover or filter surface installed inside the bit. A circulation-type cliff clearing machine is used to scrape and discharge the waste, but due to the large amount of droplets, conventional models had many problems, and there was no effective solid-liquid separator.

By transporting the screen residue scraped up by each dust remover down a running water trough, the screen residue is cleared in one place, and the screen residue is naturally washed downstream. Since the amount of sludge is large compared to the amount floating in the pond at the sewage treatment plant, a screen is installed at the outlet of the water trough to capture the screen sludge flowing down the trough and separate it from the flowing sewage. It is removed by scraping with a rake.

After the effluent passes through the screen, it is discharged outside the trough.
After filtration if necessary, the water is sent to the tip of the trough and used for circulation. In conventional dust removers, the screen surface is only the front side, and if there is a large amount of liquid, the screen may become clogged and there is a risk that sewage water will overflow from the inside of the bit. Also,
In the reverse type, liquid accumulates at the bottom of the screen where the rake bites, causing an overload. In the filtration surface circulation type, there was a problem in that the filtrate got into the endolus-shaped circulation screen, had no outlet, and accumulated and grew, clogging the screen.

By having a U-shaped screen on both the front and back sides, the screen surface is wide and there is no risk of blockage, and since the rake rakes along the outer surface of the U-shaped screen, overload does not occur.

The waste water after passing through the screen is drained from inside the U-shaped screen, so there is no accumulation of waste water inside the screen.
Solid-liquid separation can be performed reliably.

The present invention has been made to achieve the above object, and is a device for separating screen sludge flowing down a running water trough from flowing sewage, in which the screen sludge is raked and discharged by moving a rake to the eave end of the running water trough. A casing of a screen sludge scraping device is disposed, a screen is disposed in the lower part of the casing to capture the screen residue flowing down in the running water trough, and an apron is disposed above the casing, and the lower part of the screen is bent into a U-shape. The gist is to provide a discharge port at a position surrounded by this U-shaped bent portion to drain water.

At this time, the screen is bent into a U-shape at the bottom ↓, and the flowing water is drained from the U-shaped inside of the screen to the outside of the trough. Through this process, solid-liquid separation can be reliably captured. Since the water is discharged from the inside of the forked U-shaped screen, the screen residue is reliably removed from the waste water, making it easy to reuse it.

The terminal end of the downstream trough 1 is arranged at an angle so as to be lower than the starting end, and a screen residue scraping device 2 protruding from the eave end of the trough is arranged. This screen residue scraping device 12 has a cylindrical casing 21 having a required angle of inclination, with its lower end positioned lower than the flowing water trough 1 and its upper end positioned above the flowing water trough 1. A guide rail 23 bent in a U-shape is arranged on the sprocket wheel, a chain 24 is stretched between the sprocket wheel U-shaped guide rails, and a plurality of rakes 25 are protruded from the chain 24 at predetermined intervals.
A screen 26 and an apron 27 which is an extension of this screen 26 are arranged along the upward trajectory of the screen 5.
The rake 25 is configured to scratch the surface of a screen 26, which is disposed at approximately the same horizontal level as the water trough 1 and whose lower end is bent into a U-shape as shown in FIG. The back side piece 26b of this screen 26 is shorter than the front side piece 26a, but is set to be slightly higher than the water level of the screened sewage flowing into the screened sewage pumping 2 from the end of the running water trough 1, and A drain port 28 is provided within the U-shape between the front piece 26a and the back piece 26b of this screen. As a result, the running water in the running water trough passes through either the front or back of the screen and is drained from the drain port, so that the screen soakage is reliably captured and removed by the screen.

According to the present invention, the screen is provided at the end of the running water trough to catch the flowing screen residue, and the lower end of the screen is bent into a U-shape at the lower end, and the running water is drained from the inside of the screen. The screen pickle flowing down into the interior is surely captured on both the front and back sides of the U-shaped screen, and is scraped up and written out by a rake that moves along this screen, and the wastewater becomes solid-free, resulting in solid-liquid separation. This has the advantage that it can be done reliably.
