Claims (1)
ポンプ室側に補助ポンプを設け、ロータ室内にポ
ンプ取扱液を導入すると共に外部よりバツクフラ
ツシング液を供給し、前記補助ポンプの補助イン
ペラにより昇圧した液を外部配管により導出して
モータケーシングの外周部に配設した熱交換用ジ
ヤケツト内を経て後部ロータ室に循環させるよう
構成したキヤンドモータポンプにおいて、 前記補助インペラは前部ベアリング側に対面し
た羽根とすると共にその背面に前部ロータ室内の
流路抵抗を増大させる逆流発生手段を設けること
を特徴とするキヤンドモータポンプ。 (2) 逆流発生手段は、補助インペラのボス部に
ロータ軸と平行に穿設されるバランス孔を有しな
い構成からなる請求項1記載のキヤンドモータポ
ンプ。 (3) 逆流発生手段は、補助インペラの背面に比
較的小さい羽根を付設してなる請求項1記載のキ
ヤンドモータポンプ。 (4) 逆流発生手段は、補助インペラの背面に比
較的小さい羽根を付設すると共にこれらの羽根と
対向する補助ポンプ室壁面に旋回状の溝を設けて
なる請求項1記載のキヤンドモータポンプ。 (5) 逆流発生手段は、補助インペラの背面とこ
れに対向する補助ポンプ室壁面との間にラビリン
スを形成してなる請求項1記載のキヤンドモータ
ポンプ。 (6) 逆流発生手段は、補助インペラの背面とこ
れに対向する補助ポンプ室壁面との間に階段状の
多段オリフイスを形成してなる請求項1記載のキ

(4) The canned motor pump according to claim 1, wherein the backflow generating means comprises relatively small blades attached to the back surface of the auxiliary impeller, and a spiral groove provided on the wall surface of the auxiliary pump chamber facing the blades. (5) The canned motor pump according to claim 1, wherein the backflow generating means forms a labyrinth between the back surface of the auxiliary impeller and the wall surface of the auxiliary pump chamber facing thereto. (6) The canned motor pump according to claim 1, wherein the backflow generating means includes a step-like multi-stage orifice formed between the back surface of the auxiliary impeller and the wall surface of the auxiliary pump chamber facing thereto.
