Claims (1)
ト弁と、上記ポペツト弁に対し、吸気方向上流側
に位置して回転可能とされることで吸気路を開閉
するロータリ弁と、上記ロータリ弁の支軸を出力
軸とし、エンジンのクランク回転力を入力として
上記出力軸に伝達するとともに、このクランク回
転位相に対して上記出力軸の回転位相を変化させ
る構造を備えた位相可変機構と、上記位相可変機
構における上記出力軸の回転位相を変化させる駆
動部とを備えた自動車用エンジンの吸気制御構造
であつて、 上記位相可変機構は、上記クランク回転を伝達
されるプーリに一体のサンギヤとこのサンギヤに
噛み合う遊星ギヤおよびこの遊星ギヤを内歯に噛
み合わせるとともに外歯には上記ロータリ弁の支
軸と一体の出力ギヤを噛み合わせているリングギ
ヤとを備えた遊星歯車機構で構成され、 上記ウオームホイールには、その周面の一部に
セクタギヤを形成してこのセクタギヤに噛み合う
従動ギヤの支軸にウオームホイールの回転方向お
よび回転量を検知するためのスロツトルセンサを
設け、これら各ギヤのうち、上記従動ギヤ以外は
ギヤボツクス内に収容し、そして上記従動ギヤお
よびスロツトルセンサは上記ギヤボツクスに取り
付けられるセンサボツクスに収容した構造におい
て、 上記ギヤボツクス内面における上記遊星ギヤの
回転軌跡と干渉することのできる位置には、上記
プーリと一体の回転軸の軸受から半径方向に突出
するとともに、上記回転軌跡に沿う間隔を上記セ
クタギヤの長さに相当する間隔を設定された凸部
から成る位置規制部を設ける一方、上記遊星ギヤ
の支軸の軸方向端部を上記位置規制部に干渉する
